The description he gave is clearly what he pictures when he thinks of protesters who don't support him. Someone floated the idea his way and he made up his own reality around it (assuming he actually believes his own words), thus he is literally delusional. Bear in mind that he saw nothing wrong with footage of actual armed protesters storming a statehouse over COVID restrictions, but he will point out a made-up story of which there is no evidence, just his imagination. Ladies and gentlemen: The President of the United States.

Every time I've seen that clip of him about to launch into his lie, it seems pretty clear to me that his mouth was heading toward a "buh-" sound until he stopped and changed it to "thugs." Golly, I wonder what "B" word he might have almost said? Oh, right. Thugs is his synonym for Black people.

My brother Charlie passed away exactly a week ago from Covid-19, ever since he was tested positive and was put in isolation in the hospital, my biggest fear was knowing the fact that i will never be able to meet him in person again until he is fully recovered. 29th of March 11.30 Pm i made a video call with my brother giving him as much of moral support as i can, he still jokingly said that he could beat the disease despite his weary face and deteriorating condition. And on 30th of March a news came to my family that he passed away... The fact that we weren’t able to even see his body for the last time up until his funeral adds to our sorrow even more.... My thoughts and prayers are always with Charlie and all the people who died of this horrible disease, as to everybody else, please take care of your safety and health, stay home no matter what happened, this difficult time will pass sooner or later.... Edit: I never got this much like on the comment section, and i thank all of you from the deepest bottom of my heart for your kind condolences, and i also pray you all can pass this pandemic hardtime, take good care of yourself and your loved ones. As living in Europe, in Finland actually, I can also confirm that ”Forest Cities” are real. But it is not nice to live in them, as it takes so much TIME to rake the floors of the forest, and we’re having a hard time in finding the proper vacuum cleaners, so that we could do that faster. You know, in order to prevent forest fires and exploding trees.

That's how I felt about Bush in 2004, but I survived. Though it definitely helped that Bush utterly failed at everything he tried to do in 2005, and basically just gave up after Katrina happened. Unfortunately, Trump can't "give up" because he's never actually done the job in the first place. He'll just keep on talking. Forever. Even after he loses the election, he'll never shut up as long as he's alive. Wow, that's a depressing thought.
