I rehoused a P. murinus and a P. regalis today, while chanting to myself "Be calm,be gentle, and love your spider." No issues at all. As you would say they were very well behaved.
Adopting Uncle Dave's phrase to rehouse is a must as it really works!! I take a deep breath and say the magic words.. "be calm, be gentle and love your spiders" and ta daaa, like a magic wand! 😅
I don't know how you all do it. Your collection alone is a full time job but you also have regular jobs. Everything is so well cared for and maintained its absolutely impressive. I love seeing how you all keep things running smoothly even in your tight surroundings. My favorite channel by far!!!
Hi Dave and Camera Lady 💙💕🕷️hope you’re both well. Thanks for the guided tour round The Beastie Room! Nice to see your Mossy Frogs again, since you tarted up their enclosure. Loved their chorus after you sprayed them 😂 You have so many beautiful Tarantulas, and different projects you’ve got in the pipeline! I’m fascinated by the Emerald Cockroaches, they’re gorgeous. You’re right about the size of those fangs, definitely wouldn’t want them stuck in your hand!! Brilliant footage by Camera Lady as always. I’m totally excited for your new room you’re starting, hopefully this August…😊😊 Take care both, have a fabulous weekend! 💙💕🕷️🥰😘xxxx
I really love frogs 🐸 If you pause the video at around 8:54 and zoom in on her carapace where her eyes are it looks like there is a tiny face there it looks really cool 😀. We are so lucky you guys are still giving us So much content when we all know how extremely busy your life away from youtube is at the moment with the new build, constantly caring for your little guys and I'm sure I've heard you mention before that you still have a day time job Dave and most likely camera lady is also working outside of home. I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the time you take to film and upload your videos for us thank you guys 😊👍🏻
Greetings from south Germany. 👋 Your collection is really amazing and you got very interesting spiders 👍 I also saw your Videos about mossy frogs 😊 I bought 5 mossys (T. corticale) last year in July. Now I got 35 tadpoles and they are doing very well I'm very excited about the next weeks when they start to get out of the water
I've been watching your channel for a long time and it just occurred to me as I was watching you show us that molt.. that you and Camera lady might be able to make a lot of extra money if you take those molts and get some different size molds and resin and put them up for sale
I got into the tarantula hobby 2 years ago. I wasn't new to "weird" pets as at that point I had been keeping snakes for 4 years. However, of course, snakes and tarantulas are very different and your channel has been the number 1 tool to get a hang of what i was doing and it still is my go to source when i need help. Thank you.
Really enjoyed today’s video! Loved seeing your mossy frogs, hearing their beautiful call. Enjoyed getting to see, a few of your tarantulas and beautiful roaches! Thanks Dave and camera lady! 💜😊
Just caught a cute little huntsman sling who was running around my neurologists office and freaking people out. Moved him outside which he's probably not going to like, it's cold!! Several years ago I wouldn't have been able to get up the nerve to catch him either, but thanks to you Dave, it's a pleasure!
Wonderful stuff on your channel. I did keep spiders many, many years ago. So your videos other the last couple of years, have refreshed an interest in me and the hobby. All the best both. ❤

Love the mossy frogs - they really do look like moss with eyes. I am a supporter pf creation, and seeing the wonderful, spectacular designs on spiders has done nothing but endorse my inclination. I appreciate the camouflage argument, but the patterns are so striking and "unnatural" that I have to believe an intelligence took special interest in creating beauty where it "served no purpose".
Yeah! Saw the thumbnail and thought: Great! Beastie Room Tour! So many beautiful and awesome Animals. And I was very happy to have a look at the emerald Roaches. They are sooo beautiful. Like living Jewels❤and one Day there will be a Tour at the new Beastie Room.

Excellent job of maintaining everyone's health and wellbeing under compromised circumstances, beyond your control, while planning the way forward in the new room. Sounds like a ton of work! Good on you for following through with it.
Thank youuuuuuuu. I hope that you and your loved ones are all healthy safe and happy Best wishes to you and your loved ones and lots of love and respect and greetings from me in Amsterdam the Netherlands 🇳🇱 😊
Love to see your collection of frogs 🐸, spiders 🕷 and scorpions 🦂 etc! Thank you, dear Dave and Sweet Camera Lady, for the interesting tour of the spider room! 👏 What happened with the spider girl, the huntsman spider from Australia you got?! If I remember correctly, she got an eggsack, but the spiderlings escaped ( and got eaten by the cellar spiders ), at least most of them! Take care, and tomorrow we will celebrate Midsummers Eve in Sweden! Happy Greetings to you both and to all your viewers, 👋🌞🦋💐♥️👍
You made a good point about the Curly hair tarantulas. My first was very docile, but my second will strike at any motion. No threat pose, just straight to biting. Any terrarium tidying requires Clove to be underneath a catch cup. I might upload her behavior on my Instagram. I'm not new to the hobby. Even if I handle a tarantula, I always tell other's to not follow my example. I have numerous tarantulas in my collection I would never attempt to handle. They are definitely at their best when just observed. I see so many bald tarantulas on social media and would love for you to share why tarantulas are balding. I understand why it happens, but maybe it would help those new to the hobby. Thanks for your content.
Wow, you have so many spiders maybe you should build another spider room, I love these videos because it gives us updates on all the animals! I have an idea for patreon send some moults out a few fangs and we will love it! Why is it ,that when a female spider has been paired ,and then she molts , say two weeks later , how and why would that affect the insemination for the female to produce an egg sack ? Because when the female molts, the sperm goes with the molt, they literally molt out and the sperm goes with it unfortunately
