@@serendal I don’t know how he forces the card but for the elimination of the other suits, but…. the deck of cards in his hand were always just that suit (diamonds) spread apart from each other just enough to appear to be the thickness of a full deck of cards. While the cards are far enough apart to mimic the thickness of a full deck, they are not far enough away from each other that people can immediately tell there are gaps. As he taps the top of the deck, he’s also loosening his fingers holding the sides of the deck to allow the cards to compress, pushing all the gaps between the cards closed.
@allen iverson idk how he makes the cards disappear, probably some crazy slight of hand. But he spaces the cards out in his fingers so it looks like there is more than there actually is. I'd love to see the slight of hand he does for the setup though.
Wanting to know how David does the tricks is similar to being told the ending of a movie you want to watch. It's more fun not to know, especially when David does it so magically.
he did one before with hearts and every one said it is easy because girls would always choose heart suite, now this magic is two parts, 1st how he did manage to vanish and squeeze the cards, 2nd how did he let the unwanted cards to disappear

He holds them in such a way that the deck appears more full than it is (though anyone can see that it's clearly not a 52 card deck) - this is just a sleight of hand method that you can find tutorials for online, or figure out yourself. Then he simply pushes the cards down as he loosens his grip and it looks as though the deck is shrinking, when really, it is just the cards being put naturally together rather than held apart. That's all there is to it. Simple in method, but hard to master.
The "Let everybody else see" is the moment 0:35 when David turns around and sets everything up. He HAS to turn around to let everyone see he is not 'looking' what the kid or the mark has and everyone else wants to know the card that was selected, a perfect timing for the magician to prepare for his next move. It can't fail unless someone literally forces the magician's hand to be frozen in place where everyone can see. People get distracted without knowing it's all part of the trick ;)
