The reaction on the people is really good. It's more interesting when David Blaine gives the deck of cards to the people and lets them do the magic trick instead of him doing it.
HAHAHAHA good point. Actually I think that by doing that he actually makes it more amazing. Because when someone sees something impossible that is presented as magic they can get skeptical and stop enjoying, because they feel that is an intellectual competition
@@cansain4916 there's not really a need for paid actors. This is a relatively common trick done by many magicians who have put the time in on a specific technique taught in a well known book by a very famous magician. I won't ruin it for others, but yes there are multiple outs for this trick. There is a method in which you don't need an out. The way David does it, however, makes it seem more impossible, since he only touches the cards before the card and number are selected. This is one of the reasons I've always been a fan. He does simple things, but always in a way thay feels magical.
So, for real tho... wtf? Like, him being able to get to the randomly chosen 7H by having another member of the audience *count down their own name?* I can not with this man.
One way this could work is if the girl is planted and they both spent a lot of time memorizing a specific order of the deck. If the card named is reasonably close to the top of deck, she has names prepared for each number of letters. If the card named is deeper in the deck, he has alternative ways the trick can go.
The only explanation for this trick that I can think of is that David memorized the position of all the cards in the deck, and also narrow down the amount of people the girl can point to by saying it was somebody you do not know. Obviously he had to memorize the name of all the people in that room so that he can get this trick to work. Either that, or the lady in the polka dots was a plant. To be honest I don't even know how this is possible
My theory is that he knew the order of the deck. And as for the woman's name, he must have knew her name beforehand and he knew that her name spelled out the position of the chosen card. If she would have pointed to anyone else then he would have done a different method of finding her card. Sometimes you get lucky in Magic
I've been doing this for 2 years. It's called Mnemxxxxxxxs. What I can say is this is an extremely difficult trick. David didn't predict anything. He merely revealed the card based on the given info from the two people.
Really easy, he does a deck switch and every card is the 7 of hearts. 7 of hearts is a really common card too. She could've spelt to any name in the phone book

he's sooo good at what he does
THIS IS INSANE
I swear David can stop time or some shit, it's the only thing I can think of as to how he does some of this stuff lol
Good theory actually!
Or he sold his soul
Or he uses a neutralizer lol
if you would know how you would be just as amazed as if you would not know how it works... trust me
"I don't know if it'll work" lol
He's way too modest
dat girl it’s not about being modest, it’s about misdirection
@@missionpupa There is no misdirection here
@@hythemashraf2320 that's what magic in one word. Unless of course you think it's real.
@@missionpupa bruh I know how this trick is done. What I meant is there is no move done here while misdirecting
David Blaine is so damn famous and respected its like watching a God, its hilarious how famous he's gotten great for magic!
Yep, the cards are paid actors
Nope
Exactly he pays the cards and they do what he tells them
Only way to explain it 😂
Amazin' & Spectacular
Now thats amazing magic💯
Ok, that was very cool.
Lol the girl was like, yep he’s a Demon
David Blaine is the king of magic
"I don't know if it'll work" David you damn know it will
Wtf man
Sometimes magic does exist lol
David is so good he actually has to convince people it's NOT magic.
HAHAHAHA good point. Actually I think that by doing that he actually makes it more amazing. Because when someone sees something impossible that is presented as magic they can get skeptical and stop enjoying, because they feel that is an intellectual competition
For some reason i want to create a Legue of legends account with the name of David Blaine and become a Twisted Fate main
Nice trick!
It's amazing how...
the little girl was freaked out LOL
also that ladies name is Yulmha Archer
Anyone has an explanation?
He has multiple outs or different tricks to reveal whatever card they say.
Or paid actors... look her reaction... look how David wanted that the ppl go around and si the kid could chose the other woman to fi ish the '! "trick

I'm pretty sure it's not scripted nor are they paid audiences because that's beneath his dignity.

Yeah there is a method, no stooges on this one. A bit of luck though
He has multiple different conclusions I think or in other words different ways of ending the trick

hes got great maths! knows exactly where each card is when he put them inside... very very good!
Yes ], and he knew the ladies name. Good job, Sherlock.
4k? ;-)
There is an extra card!! Look at 1:35 to 1:38. Im not sure if it has an effect. Maybe the girl giving the cards is part of the trick?
There isn't
Whatchu mean by that?
How in the living fuck did he do that. I’m pissed
What the hell is her name???
😂
Voodoo magic. This guy must carry some kind of mojo that summons a juju ghost that can move cards.

Zombieslayer76 A.C.A.A.N by Asi Wind
Himmet Adak thx
It's called mnemonicosis and blaine got a direct hit on it. The acaan by Asi is quite different and requires the "magician" to hold the deck.

LOL, No. 7 of Hearts is 41. card from mnemonica stack. And her first and last name is 12 letters .So ; 52-12=40 he opened 41. card thats all

When David Blaine that bird back to life I was speechless lol
