Miswak of saudi makes your teeth very very white. There are other ones from another trees that make your teeth clean but not white like from the olive tree
I found another use of the walnut tree since 1985 aswell, we only paint wool with walnut tree, in the west, but my mother in law from Morocco 🇲🇦 and all the married girls , used to brush their teeth in the same way, for parties, it is calles swesh ; ( female form of sewaak , miswaak ) ; leaves your tongue and lips red and your teeth extremely white, for 3 days at least, like henna coloured, and i even made my dentist faint ; he called his assistant, look ; you have an appointment to clean your teeth, but ; THERE'S NOTHING TO CLEAN? WAT DID YOU DO ? WHERE DID YOU GO? 😳 It removed every little stain... I don't know if that's healthy, pure bleach , but it works !

Am 100% sure the ADA would disagree on the use over a normal toothbrush. Linking this video to the sale of miswaks speaks volumes on credibility. Having worked in Saudi Arabia for 2 years in Jubail as a hygienist I saw firsthand the tooth erosion and gum recession caused by long term use.
I used to visit dentist to fix problems and pains at least once in 6 months. Now it's been years, maybe 6 years or more I have not been visiting dentists at all as there were no major probs as before, all since I quitted conventional toothpaste and 100% shifted to miswak. Your toothbrush is synthetic, it has no nutritional values at all. Your toothpaste is sweet, so are the sugar levels in it. Let's not talk about mouthwashs that's way sweeter.
