How is bat man in the wrong here, cat woman basically became a mob boss and the bat family is ok with it. And the story is trying to convince you that Batman’s the problem even though crimes are still being committed and what would happen if cat women’s gang decided to kick her out after she finished training them.
The craziest part about this story is the Bat Family is actively helping her. Like sure, if they believe trading crimes is what’s good for Gotham, it doesn’t mean they help out Cat-Woman and her goons.

All these people in the comments who act like it’s okay to steal from people just because they have a lot of money or resources act like it’s impossible to earn or build something for yourself. Imagine if you gathered a lot of resources from stealing from other people because you felt like you deserved it more and then someone just came to take it all from you. You wouldn’t just be like oh well I had too much. You would feel wronged and want it back. It all comes from a victim mentality that is not healthy.
I don't keep up with comics, so I'm not going to claim to know these characters well; but that thieves guild does sound like something Catwoman would come up with. Thank you for putting out all these fascinating stories.

This comic was interesting in that it showed the mission doesn't care about results, and that that fact is probably the unhealthiest thing about Batman's outlook. Also, the entire Batfamily grew up with Batman playing cat and mouse with Selina - why would they accept her but not her proteges?
It was a good idea on paper but the fact that everyone turned on Batman made zero since and what he did to Jason Jesus... Batman has proven that he has the will to overcome pretty much anything so Zurrana should of been no different if I make a fanfiction on this story I taking what he did to Jason and making Batman use fear toxin instead

The idea is that most criminals in Gotham aren’t violent bc they are crazy wack jobs like the main villains, just ppl who are doing what they need to in order to survive. That’s important bc it means that they are only violent when being the henchmen is their only real option. So if you take these criminals, train them in non violent criminal skills(from what I’ve seen they aren’t given combat training just specifically theft) and then target the corrupt rich people and not the avg Gotham resident, you get a Gotham with less violent crime, safer civilians, and a criminal underworld ran by people who at least have standards. That’s more than Batman has ever achieved. Jason was right abt Batman, he never listened to them bc accepting an alternative destroys the need for a Batman, and he’s nothing without it

Jason isn't even siding with her, earnestly he points out that he was deliberately messing with that duo of thugs he was training because he knew they were just gonna go bad later anyways. In typical Jason fashion, he's more looking out for himself while also trying to rile Bruce up as much as possible, but he definitely doesn't side with Selina.

Selina was just training killers and thieves to be even better killers and thieves. Batman would slowly control and take down crime in its entirety.
He lost it because Ghostmaker cut his hand off. This happened during the last story where Batman was teleported to another universe because of Failsafe.

I agree. I don't like how Bruce's has been solely about him stopping crime because while that's understandable, it's tainted by his own trauma that he refuses to get help for. What I mean is that he sees everything in black and white. Crime is bad and playing vigilante is good. Ok but what about the other people that are doing this to survive? What about the people who need the money to pay for hospital operations, medical bills, who are literally on their last legs? Fathers and mothers doing whatever they can to provide for their kids? What about kids who are starving and dying on the streets? He may be saving people but at the end of the day, he's leaving behind more victims, some even more desperate than before, who turn into more criminals. He's just making a never-ending cycle when he should be doing more to fix Gotham. Hell, become mayor even! Because being Batman seems to be becoming pointless at this point. At least Selina's method of stealing from the rich without violence works far better than continously beating up criminals and leaving victims to fend for themselves.
True but you forget Joker and all the other villains can kill their henchmen in retaliation and court of owls wouldn't stand for an upstart prostitute stealing from them and Go to war with Selina killing her people too plus telling Bruce to leave them alone means he wouldn't help her either
