    I have some suggestions:
If you want potassium I'd suggest avocados, not a high-sugar fruit like a banana, are full carbohydrates are very inflammatory.
Beetroots help with circulation always good!
Many dieuretics occur naturally, and caffeine can be very healthy if used you stay hydrated. Caffeine is one of the few proven aids to fat loss when taken in small amounts as directed in supplement form pre-workout. You're body basically has a cut of when its burning fat for energy and will switch to another fuel source/energy system.
You can't beat grass-fed beef and free-range organic eggs! Eggs have a full amino acid range and some many which micronutrients ABDEK and omega 3 and more!
Cooked whole eggs are one of the only foods nutritionists frequently describe as "the perfect food". It's also at the top of the anabolic conversion scale, with almost 50% of what you consume in a can into human tissue! I think that's awesome!
Sad more people don't know about college as a food supplement. I recommend Bovine Collagen protein powder mixed, with your favourite whey protein concentrate.
Unfortunately saying honey of any kind is healthy for your immune system is just like saying wine is healthy because it is anti-oxidants 1 step forward and 10 back.
Most diets have tons of calcium we don't need more! However, vitamin K2 can help your body absorb calcium as vitamin C can with iron.
You can get a huge amount of vitamin C without sugar from dark leafy greens and even foods like sauerkraut. Mega-dosing vitamin C is a great idea It has been shown to act as an anti-viral and have anti-bacterial properties in the form of ascorbic acid when taken systemically. This was proven by a Nobel prize winner!
    Excellent advice on probiotics.
*Organic* Diary should be really good for most, and butter is one of the healthiest high-fat foods out there. Great for the endcrine system as is a saturated fat. Saturate fats are important and especially for hormones.
Diets need to be planned custom made. Put the work in to make it its not hard if you have internet excess. Find out your basic body measurements, for you TDEE. Find out your Kcal for the day, workout how many grams of protein, fat, and carbs ( these are called macros or macronutrients). Make that meal plan. You're going to eat your entire life you might as learn something about what you're putting in your mouth.
I believe it's important to look at the full picture of what you consume and not consume, what you're eating. The above has reason but is my opinion. I hope these tips help people and Ken! :D

"potato" comes from the Spanish "patata", variant of the Taino "batata", for "sweet potato". "potato" originally connoted what we now know as the sweet potato. It did not come to mean the modern potato till the 16th century. #wordnerd :) Keep up the good work, Ken.

Awesome, listen sir I hate to bother you, know you are swamped, but I just have to share this with you, between you and Tara, I cant decide who is the Best, but you are both top notch Vocalist/ Coahes, so..I have to..Morissette just 3days ago dropped a Mariah Carey, Fly Like A Bird, cover, as we all know that may be one of the MOST difficult songs to interpret, and I gotta say,(not only bc I'm a fan of hers) it is Hands Down the most Impactful Performance I have seen in awhile, Not Only did she hit the Whistles Pitch Perfectly, but she even whistled the "Jesus" at the end, it is truly remarkable and definitely worthy of an Expert Analysis! Hope you take 5min,( know it takes alot more than that to do it), and give us your take on this Phenomenal singing.
Please if you do,Read the Description on the Video, she explains what's what, and speaks of those behind it,All worthy of a mention. IF you decide not to do it, No harm no Foul, but I hope you will atleast take a listen, you wont regret it, I guarentee you that. Thanks in Advance sir. Either way be safe and EAT RIGHT!! LOL.

Is there any B12 supplement brand you can recommend?

    • @kentamplin
      @kentamplin  2 роки тому

      Take Methylcobalamin liquid form
Methylcobalamin is a bioidentical form of naturally occurring B12.
Unlike its cousin, cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin is already in a
biologically active form, so it can metabolize.
      www.quicksilverscientific.com/all-products/methyl-b-12/?src=google&campaignid=6442572220&QSxHawke_SmartShopping&hsa_kw=&hsa_tgt=pla-296369768811&hsa_grp=76809558917&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ad=375365425353&hsa_acc=2733807029&hsa_ver=3&hsa_mt=&hsa_cam=6442572220&hsa_src=u&gclid=Cj0KCQiA0p2QBhDvARIsAACSOONMBYI-nwEBUVqCqT_Z07cupScQrTUuHyVIlpUti5UnCyRqhy4KhrMaAjgCEALw_wcB
      Do not take Cyanocobalamin.
Cyanocobalamin is a synthetic form of vitamin B12 that's metabolically
inactive. It must first be converted to its biologically active form
(i.e., methylcobalamin) which prolongs it from taking effect

Thank God I didn't have allergies before I got lupus or I never ever would have been able to sing and do a lot of the things that I did in my teens and twenties. I gave up on sinus medication because 90% of the time it doesn't work unless it's prednisone. I drink a lot of water and yet when I was singing a lot I would always start my morning with a dr. Pepper and a Snickers bar. 😂😂 we can do that when we're 17 but it's a bad habit to continue which is why I drink nothing but water and unsweetened iced tea once I was 19 or 20 years old.

Please react to the song "É isso aí" with Seu Jorge and Ana Carolina. Both are really fantastic!
Ana Carolina is one of the most complete singer in the world. Seu Jorge is a great singer and dancer too. He dances the rhythm of Samba like no one else unfortunately he didn't show his Samba in this video :-)
He was a homeless for many years until someone discovered his talent. He was living in a street with a bar with live music and the singer just invited him to sing a song without even knowing him. Well, he never stopped singing from that date onward. He is very famous in all Latin America, Africa and Europe. He is also a great actor!

Ken, your advice is generally great, but your diet advice is not very accurate.
For instance: For potassium, the best source is marine salt. Potatoes does have potassium, but it also has a lot of starch. The starch will make you eliminate a lot of your potassium, so it evens out.

What can we use to sweeten up those oats? Plain oatmeal is what they serve for breakfast in hell, no seriously, what can we use as a sugar sub that's not a chemical compound that they use to embalm people

Can't think of anything. Throw a few berries on top, it still converts to sugar.
