Aesthetically you have what I deem to be “perfect body” strong healthy not skinny not overly bulky just right. On another note your confidence joy and mental clarity shines through. I’m in a good place at the moment but underweight due to thyroid issues. I am slowly back at the gym and working my way back to good health but the smile glow and feeling I have is immense. Eating well training well resting but having fun all pay off. We can’t do all or nothing. We can’t party all the time and abuse our bodies or starve for perfection and abuse our bodies or stay in bed and not face the day abusing our mental health. Massy has it spot on in my opinion. Love you Massy your are an amazing role model for your daughters and my daughters and women in general ❤

One time I didn't warm up properly and partially pulled my hamstring. Months later during an exercise I completely tore my hamstring. Make sure you properly warm up before working out. 💜
Massey, I just found you. You look Awesome. I’m 60 Y.O. I need to lose 100lbs. I’m not scared by the #. Twice in my life I lost the weight and came w/in 10lbs of my goal weight. I did it w/o a trainer. I love to workout at home. I self sabotage because I couldn’t handle all the attention. I did it by changing my diet & workout 5 days/wk. This was all before UA-cam . Massy, hope you are doing fantastic. Why can't I get back to a routine? I know I need to otherwise I'm gonna be living a unhealthy, painful older years. I'm 56. Gained 20 lbs on top of the 40 I already needed to lose. I just can't get my grove back. I do one week and then get too busy with work that I'm tired and keep telling myself, I'll do it tomorrow. I'll catch up during the weekend. Meanwhile, I'm tired, my body aches everywhere, I have. Hard time sleeping, my psoriasis has flared up and I look a barrel with legs. Help!!!
Good luck to you…you can do it! Focus on foods that are anti inflammatory….regular smaller meals and moment daily even if an hours walk broken in to two half hours. I bet you feel a difference in mental health and the body pain as well as seeing an improvement in your skin and body shape. ❤❤❤❤
I have checked the website and programs and challenges, but I would like to say that there is very little information about each. I would love to know frequency, the length of the workouts et cetera there’s no Info, especially I’m interested in the Home based plan
I am 42.i hsve been working out since 2020.i did not gain the hourglass shape i endavour to have especially glutes..i am a mother of 2 kids and work out frm home but i do lift weights.can you advise how to have a curved body
I never jump. Spinal surgery. There are always adaptions. I don’t run bounce do anything vigorous and am in shape…walking, stationary bike (good for knees) and body strength training often with weight 😊
