Hi vad vol, you can always add a small fillet edges if you like. For the metal casting purpose, and depend on the size (thickness), instead of spending time on figure out the proper fillet edge, the round edges usually happen in the polish/finish process in the production. the outer edge of the leaf should not be flat. this does not look good! you need to find a way to make it rounded. organic.
