How exciting. Nothing like a shoal of Yellowtail to get the heart pumping.
I know it takes time away from your fishing, but you guys should bleed/iki the Yellowtail, they're much better tasting if you do, takes away the excess blood from the meat and the slight wild taste that can come with eating Yellowtail, it changes the whole flavour of the meat.
Removing the skin also helps in reducing that slight wild taste.
Otherwise, great job, enjoyed the catching and the cooking, well done.
Re your video description, other names for Yellowtail: You left out Kingfish.

Cool video well done to all on fishing fun, excitement ,catching and cooking:
Here is my 5 cents: If you would like to make your whole video's concept better, calmer and more safe for those catching the Yellowtail:
1.Cooking & Filleting: Women and girls don't like to see so much fish blood on fillets
    - so do yourselves a favour and watch You Tube videos: On how the Japanese fillet their small farmed Yellowtail
    - They gut ,clean and wash the fish first:
No blood shown on fillets and cook videos
    - They also use the right fillet knives
    - Also zoom in on the cutting of your fillets
    - You can also consider de-scaling the yellow: Before you make your video
    - Zoom in during the cooking of the meal:
Awesome wok : Of nice Greens❤
As for the safety of catching the Yellowtail:
    1. Brief the new crew : About Yellowtail
    2. The guy with the barefoot is a no-no: It was also his first ever Yellowtail
    3. Most of the guys lifted the Yellowtail in the boat: Dropping them on the deck with hooks in their mouths
4 The guy was super lucky that the files did not flap onto his feet and the hook get caught in his veins
A fresh "Mal-koppie (Yellowtail) flapping around would of cause major pain or ripped flesh of his legs or feet.
    6. These are also novices: Lifting Yellowtail like that can see the hook pull and the bent rod would of sent the lure torpedoing like a bullet.
7 All that was required was to have one proper crew go between each of two people on a rod.
Simply gaffing the small Yellowtail and placing it with squid lure straight into the fish box
8 Byron could of preformed the same gaff routine on the port side
    Why?
Because people get fish or Yellowtail fever and do silly things in,of and within their brains Excitement.
9 If these were young teenagers : Someone could of gotten hurt.
    10. People really need to calm down and think: Other wise they can loose an eye: Never pull the rod straight up vertices to you: Always at an angle or too the side:
    Why?
Beacsuebif the squid or lure pulls out of a fish: Then the lure will be coming towards your face like a bjllet: You don't want a tremble or even a single hook: Coming straight for your eyes.
Otherwise it was a good video of plenty Mistakes:
Yet mistakes are good for you can learn from them
    XXXXX X XXXXX
Don't forget this year end of April, May and definitely June 2024:
The Yellowtail will bite Super hard on Rock Bank
So please have lots of fun make some more videos: Thank you❤❤❤❤❤ XXXXX X XXXXX 11:11
Oh yes if you have no gumboots: Wear shoes or hiking boots
