    I often will just sit and fix toys for the fun of it and this vintage G1 Transformers Warpath had been on my to do list for ages. Not a rare figure, but one that brings back memories for me so I was looking forward to fixing him up.
    Thanks for your ongoing support.

      He is a great figure. One I remember finding at a carboot sale as a kid.

    I always love watching your repair videos TP. It always gives me ideas an additional confidence that I too can make these repairs and modifications to items I thought would be lost.

    I use hard as nails with nylon for loose joints and that works really well. Unlike superglue it can be removed with a little nail varnish remover.

    I have good fond memories of having the Warpath figure when I was a child. Got it from John Menzies in my hometown.

    He's kind of small. I thought at first he was a Go-Bot I used to have. I mixed and matched both lines of toys and used them together. Even some generic ones I would find at cheap toy stores. I was truly a child obsessed. :)

      These are called Minibots. They were from the line of small pocket money friendly range of Transformers.

    Lots of great memories with my Warpath which I still have. The part on mine that is loose is the grey bit in the middle. When he’s transformed his head/barrel part wants to flop down. I’ll try the tape and see if that can help tighten him up. I got my Warpath at a Biggs (like Walmart nowadays). I remember saving up every penny I had from doing little kid jobs to go and buy him off the peg and was very exciting! Nice video as always :)

    13:11 How do you restore this grey piece, which is the bottom part of where the head moves?

    Have you ever tried acrylic floor polish to tighten loose joints before?

    • @bootleggodzilla1
      @bootleggodzilla1 7 місяців тому

      Totally agree with using floor polish it lasts a lot longer but tape will work if you don't transform it alot. The stickinessvis from the plastic breaking down I've heard cornstarch helps with it

    Hey Dave
    I think you released this video by mistake, last year, as I remember watching it. Thank you so much for all you share, really like your channels.

    Do you accept to repair toys mailed from other countries or only England?
    If you do accept from other places, have you any experience with neca figures?stuff that instead of 30 are 20 years old?
    Trully love your content

    • @toypolloi
      @toypolloi  7 місяців тому

      Thanks. Glad you enjoy my videos. I only deal with vintage toys. Neca are not my bag as I know how easily they break. For me they are not really toys, more statues.

      How about ninja turtles from 2012? Yeah they arent retro but playmates uses simple joints cause their moulds havent changed much.
      Also do you fix loose lego and Playmobil figures?

    • @toypolloi
      @toypolloi  7 місяців тому

      I have some more vintage TMNT videos coming along. I really deal with vintage toys. Modern doesn't do much for me and the quality of the materials used and construction make them harder to fix.
