      Hansaji's Response: You can practice Supta Bhadrasana, Matsyasana, Hasta Padangusthasana (all
      four variations), Ashwini Mudra, and Shunyaka Pranayama.

    Can this method, use
    1. someone who has never practiced yoga?
    2. someone who does not want to practice yoga (except for this position)?
    3. do I need to do a warm-up before this position, if so what kind?

      Yes but cause of vericose vein is overweight so first weight reduction is important. A heavy weight person will find it difficult to do any inverted poses.

    Thanks very much for clarity of your instructions on dhanurasan . Is there any asana to revive dead cells ( due to heart attack)on the heart muscles, otherwise healthy.

      Hansaji's Response: The live cells in the body work very well. Do not bother about the cells that are already dead. Live cells will do its job well.

    For me I have swollen lege sometimes and I have a pimples type spots at the bottom of my feet and swelling at the ankle and some blister at the palm of the feet ..so pls do advice me on this problems..and some remedies for this problems..tq

      Hansaji's Response: You must practice certain asana like Matsyasana, Hasta Padangusthasana,
      Paryankasana, and Shalabasana in both standing and lying down position.

      Hansaji's Response: Spread your legs from behind as much a possible and then try to hold one ankle and then repeat it with other leg. With regular practice it you will be able to do this asana nicely.
