Rage mode for me i had to rely on sliding and cloak hard. My own grenades killed me quite a few times. I killed all the enemies except for the blackops team when they cut the lights and deploy smoke in the tunnel.
Grenades are quite lethal, especially when you're chucking them point blank. My go-to in RAGE mode has been to get behind the enemy and make their necks go snip snap. You really have to be tricky since you'll eat a few bullets the second you poke your head out.
I forgot how you get that one specifically, but if it’s a Horde Mode Challenge then you should camp the spawn point with the most blue orbs, and throw grenades at the one with the second most. You can clear a good chunk of a wave with that.
( Rage Mode: No Deaths ) Shame. You've been using time slow and invisibility all the time. In the golden age of F.E.A.R, only EASY players used it because they couldn't handle the pace.

Nothing you just extract. There's an achievement for killing all of them and another for throwing one into the helicopter blades
