Clean or dirty bulk, it doesn’t matter. A heavy bulk is a heavy bulk. He is suggesting to not extreme bulk and gain slowly. I’m assuming a low surplus. You can still get very u healthy eating a clean bulk. It’s not necessarily what you eat, but how much your eating.
Good points! There are 52 weeks in a year. If you ''cut'' 12 weeks per year, you still have 40 week to play with! And if you are know what you are doing in those 40 and 12 weeks, you will benefit from both! But, drugs are the main reason why a lot of guys ''fail'' these days when trying to bulk up (40-50 pounds gain in a few months)... and *that's not the right way at all!* So they end up with kidney failure, heart dissease, liver problems, blood work that goes out of hand, hair loss, skin issues.... list goes on!
well actually most if not all old school bodybuilders they used to be fit year around and they used to have visible abs, they don’t bulk to much just a-few bounds like lee Haney, Arnold era and bodybuilders before them but in new school which started with Dorian Yates, Ronnie Coleman, and jay cutler they are bulking so much they almost don't have visible abp and they bulk over 50 lbs, they have big guts, wide midsections
Absolutely correct , just eat good quality foods , more healthy fats , no processed or sugary foods , complex carbs , lots of vegetables ie the green veggies , and plenty of water . This will help you grow into a show . Obviously you will have to create an optimal hormonal environment to recover from the trauma , ie muscle damage that is occurring as a result of heavy lifting . Tribulus Terrestris is excellent anabolic to increase testosterone, also high healthy fats will be utilized for testosterone synthesis .
I will disagree with you here. “More” healthy fats aren’t necessary. Eating more a Whole Foods approach period is most likely the best diet to follow with of coarse, allowing yourself to enjoy some things that you like in moderation. I’m going to assume you probably like keto.

Don't want to sound so cliche, but the culprit is the amount of drugs. This body builders are using a lot more drugs ,eating alot more food, what do you expect .
1000mg of tren is crazy… I’ve taken 100mg every day of finaplix (tren acetate) and my god the results were godly but the havoc it did on my mental state and body was terrible… You sweat just sitting, sleep is piss poor, your so amped by this compound it can be dangerous in and out of the gym at superficial doses like that it will destroy your blood work lipid profile it will kill relationships but you’ll look fantastic but will feel like a mental sadistic sexual deviant 😂 not cool IMO lately I experimented with just 50mg tren eod and it was nice nothing to write home about but gym aggression was there and nice simple clean gains with zero sides ✌️❤️🙏💪
