If I don't mistake, Milos Sarcev was the first bodybuilder that used insulin on a large scale. Dorian Yates says once, Milos was "that" guy, who teaching him how to use insulin.
First off I have learned a great deal listwning to Milos and I have integrated the intra workout shakes and have absolutely noticed a difference. The only issue i have with this video is regarding the notion that a daily 1000 cal deficit which would equate to 2lbs of weight loss per week is too much. Perhaps this is true for a pro bodybuilder who is higjly disciplined and willing to lose a pound a week for 20 weeks and because of his disciple never has a bad week or gets discouraged by a lack of movement in the scale. But lets be honest most ppl would quickly be discouraged by a diet that only took off a pound a week even if that was their goal. At that rate it will take a month or two to see any real changes abd people tend to need that positive reinforceent. And lets face it for the average person it would take them half year or more at that rate to get in great shape if they only.lost 4lbs a month. Finally if your goal is a pound and you slip up you could easily have a week where you lose nothing. A couple weeks of those a month and your quickly getting nowhere. For me as a non competitor when I cut weight I aim for 2-3 pounds a week and usually end up around 10 lbs a month. Ive found I can maintain most of my muscle and strength at that rate and because I can quickly see results and have others commenting it encourages me to continue. This is the approach id recommend to most ppl. But again for bodybuilders if the goal is maximizing muscle retention then the slower pace is probably optimal and maintable
With 2-3pounds a week you secure yourself a good chunk of muscle loss. So you just wasted loads of time to build it just to loose it. What do you mean by ‘most of my muscle’ .. loosing 2% muscle is diffferent from 10-15% but still in both cases ‘most muscle is kept’ I do not know why you would recommend it to others when you clearly have not shown professional results. We just have to take your word for it. Ofc people will react if you loose 10-14lbs per month 😂 their reaction has nothing to do with actual quantified results of it all.
Mr.Olympia (C.DV.) Most of the preworkout, Intraworkout stuff out there for sale uses artificial sweeteners now at days and not sugar, is this still beneficial or do you want real sugar ?
I think Brandon is using a smart approach. If you notice he doesnt stay 290+ ALL YEAR ROUND. I think brandons muscle is a big full blown up muscle. Not necessarily striated hard dense muscle. Its bubbly and round. Fully blown

That means you don’t want to break down muscle, you want to break down fat. He’s explaining the nutritional steps to increase muscle growth by providing the correct nutrition at the best time to aid in muscle growth and recovery. He mentioned that the best time to do this is during the anabolic window (the working out window) because that’s when blood is being pumped into the muscles and since blood carries nutrients you want to make sure it’s the correct nutrients. Excuse the oversimplification! There’s a lot of biology terms in his explanation and if you’re not familiar with them it can be a little confusing.
