Steve Mariott was a great vocalist. Way underrated. When Mariott left the band Rod Stewart replaced him and they changed their name from the Small Faces to the Faces
"Itchycoo Park" is the nickname of the Little Ilford Park in London. Steve and Ronnie Lane would skip school and hang out in that park as schoolboys. Please check out "Song of a Baker".

@@user-xx5ds1gk3r Upon further research, there are conflicting stories... Ronnie Lane says one thing, and Steve has changed is story between interviews. I'd go with Ronnie since a park with nettles would be "itchy" whereas Steve saying it was full of wasps would be "stingy", not itchy.

Tin Soldier and All or Nothing are great songs written by Marriott when he was with The Small Faces.
