That light pressure wand water sprayer or even that rolling sprayer is not going to thoroughly clean the salt, sand and grime left by NE winter snow storms. Your best cleaning rinse is with just a quality squeeze handle steady stream hose nozzle with sufficient water pressure. This is best to get get into the wheel wells and inner fenders rims where most of you build up of sand/salt debris accumulates. Then just point the nozzle under the car, and with the varying spray patterns from the squeeze nozzle, it will do a much better job.
