What pace is this?
Hi, i am a high performance swimmer and i would like to know what exercises i can do to improve my 1500 freestyle, sorry if i write something bad, i'm learning english. Thank you, if you will respond.

i breath to the right side and always tend to drop my left arm (not extend it enough),.. thus not geting a good catch and pull... related to bad breath timing i guess... how do i learn to do such a quick breath? I watched your other video on breathing...
Search catch up freestyle. Push off the wall and start kicking, in the beginning every 3rd or 6th kick do just one stroke with one breath, alternating sides. While your face is in the water exhale air. Concentrate on head position. You should be facing downward while exhaling, and imagine you want to touch your shoulder with your chin on each breath, with opposite side goggle remaining under water. don't go hard, relax and have a nice long body, and pay conscious attention to what your lead arm is doing. Hold it out nice and long until recovering arm hits the water and then start pulling. Thorpe is doing a version of this starting from 1:02 in this video: ua-cam.com/video/Tgb2Li5AH7M/v-deo.html
I keep having trouble with breathing. I'm not sure what's happening, but I feel like I'm drowning even though I try to breath every 3 strokes. I do my best to breath out properly, maybe I'm just taking in a bit of water every breath... Any good exercises for breathing?
+Mithras it's difficult to know exactly what you are doing wrong but they should be small breathes not full-lung-capacity breathes. I'll make a video about some exercises you can try 😉
