I just watched a video of someone showing the effects of grounding by holding onto a multimeter probe in his hand with the ground probe into the soil, and it was mind blowing to see a huge difference in the direct current millivolts as he stepped from pavement to the grass, and especially when he put his hand on a shrub with deep roots. It was incredible.
