I'll tell you this. Yuri lived (and btw was born) in my hometown, Prato. As a lot of people in Tuscany he's a bicycle lover and he often go cycling among the hills, so he train also the legs hahahaha
Would it matter? It's highly doubtful, at least at some point during the career he would have taken something. These days probably replacement therapy. doesn't matter though, does it? Unless he's selling training programs or claims that anyone can do it with hard work alone or something :)
