I've always known Cranston was perfect for Lee, but Michael Imperioli as Kirby is INSPIRED. I'd love to see your picks for the rest of the Bullpen, especially Steve Ditko, Don Heck, John Romita and former publisher Martin Goodman.
And Joe Simon, co-creator of Captain America.

Even though I don’t want one in reality, I’d like to see your take on a Nirvana/Kurt Cobain biopic. Much like one about Hendrix, I’m surprised there hasn’t been one yet considering we got a string of rock star biopics a couple years back.
Joe Anderson looks eerily similar to Kurt. Hendrix biopic would be great too
@@DaBroski100 that could work you know! I’ve seen Charlie Hunhan and Jared Leto (lol) being thrown around as fan casts before but I really don’t see it. Be interesting to see what Big Bryan thinks though. I’m personally very so so about casting for biopics but it’s always interesting to see what people think.

If there's ever another Ghost Rider movie and we eventually see Heaven, it would be so awesome if we saw Stan Lee and Jack Kirby hanging out or working together.

To me a Stan lee biopic should span many years. Have multiple actors playing Stan at key points in his life. Tom Holland 20-30. Jake Johnson 40-50. Cranston/ Bob Odenkirk 60-70. Christopher lloyd 80-90.

I don’t agree. Dolph Lundgren as Frankenstein and Arnold Vosloo returns for mummy. Dracula should be played by brenden Gleason. Then Robbie Coltrane as hyde

Great video man, i really love this format. here there are my choices for the Stan Lee Biopic:
Stan Lee: Marc Maron (Just Look at him in netflix tv series's Glow...he's almost a copy of Stan lee in the 70s-80s and if he only works on his accent he would be an unbelievable choice) or ,as alternative, Jim Carrey... he's having a great comeback in his acting career and I think he would bring the energy and the charisma that Stan lee had during his life (give him the right transformation and he would be fantastic
Steve Ditko: Bob Odenkirk... i think he's a great actor and share many similarities with the Ditko when he was young (just look and some photos), i think he could bring everything that it's necessary for the part in my humkble opinion. In alternative i choose Giovanni Ribisi...not so much known actor but in my opinion deserve an opportunity to shine and this role could be the right choice
for the biopic fancast i would love some about music artists/sport like frank sinatra, david bowie, the rolling stones, the beatles, Madonna, michael jackson, Michael Jordan, michael schumacher, Senna to make some examples
I've been super into Gene Kelly lately, that would be fun to see. Especially cause he worked with so many icons from 40-60s Hollywood so it'd be fun to see all those people cast as well. (I also really like the channel Be Kind Rewind, she talks about classic Hollywood a lot, so maybe a cool collab?). Right now my first instinct for Kelly is Darren Criss, but I'd love to hear your thoughts
ooo that's a great idea Gene Kelly really did work with a lot of big name actors and I love Be Kind Rewind too. Loved her video on Rita Moreno, she has a lot of great videos.

I love exploring the ideas of biopics, but there are just so many people to choose from, it would be a difficult topic to narrow down. However, I'd love to see a biopic on Steve Irwin, Jane Goodall (I know she's still alive, but she does deserve a biopic), Jacques Cousteau, John Denver, Sylvia Earle, and Wangari Maathai. And if you don't know who those last two are, that's why they need a biopic! i think the topic of conservation and working with animals will inspire people, as well as a plethora of material to create interesting storylines. Especially Irwin, Wangari, and Sylvia Earle.
I would love for you to tackle the Star Wars universe. Film by film(like what you did with Harry Potter) and maybe recast some animated characters that You think should be brought to live action.

I've seen some side-by-side pictures of young Stan Lee and Tom Holland and they look eerily similar. I don't think he should play him, there are better options like the ones you laid out. Just putting that out there.

I know there was a picture of Tom Holland looking like a young Stan Lee, so if they're going for the earlier years it would be kind of poetic if Holland played him

Because we need to see on how Stan Lee and Jack Kirby made comic books and was trying to get them into movies but Hollywood told them absolutely not comic books don’t make good. Let them be cartoons and live action television shows. Until the 2000s and the 2010s that Marvel movies would be made in the 21st century. My number pick is Bryan Cranston who did Breaking Bad, Trumbo and lots of other films because I think Bryan will be perfect to portray the character Stan Lee

No you forgot one main person if they’re gonna do this you need to come up with an actress to play Joan lee. British actress who is obviously someone who is aboveStan Lee /Bryan Cranston‘s weight class in terms of Looks. Their love story is one of the greatest I’ve ever heard two things one and all the times The’ve been married she cut his hair, isn’t it beautiful. And two we need a actress who can play someone who can convince Stan Lee not to quit . This scene has to happen in a Stan Lee biopic movie. At the beginning of the true golden age of superhero comics DC released the justice league. Stan not wanting to just repeat what DC was doing. as well as being denied him doing everything that made him famous in the years to come for several years, wanted to quit. Joanne convinced him to not so much not give up .but to do one comic book exactly the way he wanted it to be done his way if they fired him well he already wanted to quit if it was a success it would pave the way for him doing what he wanted to do. That comic book was the fantastic four and after that he started really shelling them out. We owe every single superhero that Stan Lee made including the fantastic four and afterwards to his wife Joanne Lee.

I probably would have included Steve Ditko too. He was one of the main key players in the early Marvel days (and just like Jack Kirby, eventually went to DC Comics for a while, then back to Marvel.)

Yeah casting is good. More important than casting is who makes it and what studio does it. Because as you said, that dude had a dark side, and I'm not talking about Kirby. If disney made it likely it would just be like that flick they made about the making of mary poppins with tom hanks as walt disney that sugar coated virtually every part of his life.
In the story of stan lee/ jack kirby lee needs to be the villain, just like walter white was the villain of breaking bad. Not that dark, but you know.

Me and my freind thought of this exact thing just a couple months ago we agreed that Tom holland shoudl be 18-30 stan Lee and Mark hamil should be 50-95. We agreed that there would have to be a touch of cgi for both actors in certain parts of the film

This was good. However, I would have liked to hear your choice for Steve Ditko as well. He was the reclusive artist/writer responsible for the early look and style of Spider-Man and Dr. Strange. His following of the teachings of Ayn Rand led to his slow withdrawal from the outside world.

For Stan Lee the perfect choice is Marc Maron. If you see him in GLOW he sounds and looks like Stan Lee.
