Which print was your favourite?
Hard to pick a fave. I really love the subtlety of the first print. The bleached black and whites were great. However, I guess if I were to pick favorites or maybe a favorite technique it is the wax! This is the most inspiring video I've seen in a while with regard to photography! Fabulous and have a great 2022. I know this video provides just the challenge and inspiration I need to start my year in a good way. Thank you.

The first one was so gorgeous!! Your work already looks like old oil paintings in staging and posing but now the print really does look like it could be hanging in an art museum in the 1500-1600 year eras.

The embroidery I have never done.
Bleach On sepia would have the feel of a large-format camera like Sally Manns camera and photos.
If you know of any other cool techniques, please let me know, I am already working on part 2 😉

Your creativity never stop to amaze me. The first one is my favorite technique, I love the old oil paint finish it gives to the print. The last one, the embroidery, the work you've done for the result is impressive

I liked them all, I loved the added gold, I thought the wax was a great technique and I want to try embordering some flowers on a photo.

The first image / technique and the last image / technique are my favorites, by a lot. Absolutely amazed by what you did with the yarn embroidered flowers. Also blown away with the quality and beauty of the portraits that you start out with. And blown away at how hard you must work at your photography and producing content. Just basically amazed by a lot of things about you and what you accomplish!

If you like experimenting, try using tea to dye the paper /background also soy sauce for a darker wood look. So many items in our homes that we can use to awaken our art! I absolutely love it!

You are getting close Irene, keep up the experiments, it is cool, but I am quite sure it should not be distracting, I think contrast is the key here as always.

Also, if you varnish your art, it will protect all the paint you applied on the pictures and protect it from dust and moisture.
