Been looking forward to this guide. A question: Is there a meaningful difference between using kicks or beam when doing the vanish extension?
Probably not, but kicks are 7 frames startup while beam is like 20+ so legs will always work while beam may drop
I mean beam also has full screen carry while light kicks keeps you closer to the corner before the vanish
What I like about these guides is that they are simple, clear, and it helps a lot. I don’t see this very often, keep it up!

It is a shame that they NEVER released Majin Vegta as a DLC: He is my fav or at least top3 in the whole DBZ. His pride speech when he got infected by Babidi he still holds up and HIS PRIDE broke Babidi was so inspiring.

Ssjku's my mid rn and I labbed out a bunch of your combos, usually ending them in either j.214M > tag DR or j.214M > Angled Lvl 1
As well, something cool is you can angle the super down, delay the DHC into Baseku and do Kaio-ken 5H

Something to note with L kicks, its a great poke when blocking superdashes in the air. A lot of the time it will even clip the opponenet if the back dash is not frame perfect.

(yeah it’s probably just me being nit picky because my bentire channel basically is ssj goku optimals)
you have to consider many new players will play SSJ first and while your routes are more optimal they're also higher execution and not entirely universal and what matters most is consistency after all

2M > 5M > 2S > 236M > 5L can be done in the corner, but it only works on some characters (e.g. Vegito)

I've been having a problem with the mid-corner route, as sometimes the 5L doesn't connect when I land. Any ideas as to why and how could I execute it better?

13:50 so with the vanish extension you cant follow up with a super if im correct, right? so wouldnt it be always better to go for another route to use the meter for a super insteat of vanish? looks very nice to 214L 3 times in one combo tough :D

There is a few routes I do I didn't see on here. But a note worthy one is post super dash one that I do. You can super dash 5m, S , ex legs, micro dash ki blast, super dash

I've found that in the corner, ending combos with j.LL2H > jc.LL2H > j.214L into supers does a meaningless amount more damage (about 7 more lol) but ending with j.LLS > j.214M can give you Tag DR so eh

I have a question: what does scaled mean ?
Depending on which attack you started a combo and how long the combo is your damage will "scale" meaning that it will do less damage. That's why some times you will not see combos that look cool and be long in real/ranked matches because they will not kill the opponent or do low damage.
Scaled mean that the damage are reduced because when you begin à combo with Lights or if you use Médium the combobis unscaled.

Very new to fighterz here. Why does position on team matter? Ie he says mid>anchor for ss goku. Do positions have roles or grant special conditions?
you need to consider what tools a character has and how they benefit from having meter or assists or how functional a character is with limit break. Positions are literally just the order of who comes in first, but for example you don't want to have Piccolo on point because you want to avoid trying to win neutral with him and instead tag him in once the enemy is in the corner and you can dump all your meter to kill.
