"Cries in Hit 2M"
This will certainly help me out, as I’ve started playing about a month ago. Great video and awesome tips!
This is the genuinely the best FighterZ video I've ever watched. I wish I had this when I was starting out. Massive props and well worth the wait, thank you for everything.
Yes!
I'm about 1140 hours into dbfz since 2018, there are so many things I didn't know about, thank you for making such amazing guides dude
i'm 1600 hours in from 2021... save me
Voiceover is not easy for anyone bro. Been doing them since I left college and pretty much everyone needs to re-record a bunch.
Did a great job.
Your breakdowns have really helped me get better at playing my favorite characters and getting me interested in playing more difficult characters.
Great work!
I am sooooo grateful for you guides. This particular one is so comprehensive and easy to reference. Many thanks. keep up the AMAZING work.
Dude honestly your guides help me level up I genuinely appreciate your content man seriously thank you
I've watched a plethora of your guides and only now did I see to think of the directional inputs as a number pad on a keyboard. I feel like this just opened up a whole new world of possibilities.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!!!
Finally hearing your voice makes me look forward to more videos in this fashion, they were clear, enjoyable, and practical for when actually lab-ing in training mode
Thank you for this video TinyTorgue. Your combo guides are amazing but this is even better!
I'm brand new to the fighting game genre this was the video I needed thank you for all your effort :D
I only just started DBFZ and this answered soooo many questions I still had, thank you so much for making this!
This is a really good and comprehensive video. Well done!
Just bought the game this weekend and subbed. I hear you are the GOAT.
Easily the best video on explaining the game I’ve seen. You’re fantastic for getting this made.
The only thing I can think of that is missing is mentioning the new Super Jump macro where you hold the Special button to automatically install super jump. This removes some of the execution difficulties that come with high level movement like moon jumping.
It’s easy to use this macro on defense by simply holding S while you’re blocking to make your jump out a super jump automatically without wasting precious frames on inputting down before you jump on. For neutral, whiffing a fast jump normal like JL and then pressing and holding the special button during it will allow you to easily set up the super jump macro for neutral. This is a easy technique to use to start accessing super jumps easier and to help vary movement.
I watched the video across a few days so if it was mentioned prior to the super jump section and I forgot, then excellent, but I think it would have been good to include it in the super jump specific section as well.
Looking forward to more Dragon Ball FighterZ content from you Torgue!
Bro, without you, I would not be as good at Fighterz as I am with your guides helping me every step of the way. Ggs to you and your family 🙏🙏🙏
Yoo- Tinytourque. You're the best combo youtuber ever!!!
Glad that I have found you! Keep doing the best videos. Btw, you're voice sounds exactly how I though it would be. Ima keep supporting.
What a guide!!!! Thank you so much, love all your content
This is THE GUIDE. I love it. Thanks dude ❤
Even tho I do know a lot of this stuff. I still watch your videos. Love them!
Really comprehensive video bro. Subscribing was worth it.
Gonna practice everything in this video. It’s gonna to be fun getting better at a video game like this. It’s very unique
This is perfect for getting into the game. I’ll send this whenever my friends ask if they should get into it
Oh hey, that's me in the intro! :D Seriously though, thanks a lot for this guide and for answering all these questions, I can't stress enough how helpful and in-depth this is, we owe you big time!
This is probably one of the most comprehensive guides for dbfz I’ve seen, great job! Also, will you ever do a tien guide?
This is a pretty insane guide!!!, nice big job (Y)
Love the content bro. Keep it up!
Hey man thanks a lot :) this will really help me improve my dbfz gameplay
Thanks for this very helpful video !
Love the video and you really sound like ColdfusionTV, gave me a bit of whiplash lmao
I love this video. Helped me out a ton.
these tips are really helpful! I didn't even know you could hold the tech button...
Useful video bro. Good content
Such a great video man!
46k views is such a small amount for a really well made video. keep it up bro
Off-topic, your voice is REALLY soothing
Really great video.
Awesome video thanks. XD at 28:05, usually my reaction when I'm at my anchor character.
This was JUST what I needed.
Amazing video especially for me since I am just getting into dbfz
goat video. you're crazy for this one
Great video man
This is gotta be the best video for a beginner.
I'm a average player in that game and I wanted to play with my brother in this game but he have no idea how to play so, I'm gonna share this video to him since he just bought it. Thank you so much.
Also, no one is talking about 4:42 ? 🗿🤨
Beautiful. need this for all my friends. and I need those neutral tips as well!
The rejump explanation is goated. Me being the bot I am I never figured out that if I just hold superdash it'll just give me the super jump short cut. Thank you bro
Rejump is actually quite easy tho, when you do 66 jM, as u land instantly do 669, the thing is that you have to input 669 then instantly hit L you have to do 669 L, instead of 669 then L
I like how he instantly destroys me by saying majin buu has weird buttons lol
Well done 💪🏻
I'm new to this game so this is very helpful.
Plz do a ginyu or master roshi one. I've been a fan for over 2 years and you taught me so much. My only wishes are g ginyu and/or a master roshi guide. Thank you for helping me with fighterz for so long.
This is a video I've been planning to do for years for new players. This is the best video you've done for the community by far.
The hidden details are a huge factor as to why new players drop the game. Once I learned some of the simplest but hidden things I got so much better.
A few good examples as a novice was...
1) Bnb's are fine to learn a character and jumping towards and not pressing medium until I leave the ground.
2) HOLDING light and a direction (but I believe can be any face button) when being comboed to tech out. The text colour change doesn't seem important but it is.
3) Auto combos in the air for correction and the reasons why you sometimes don't want to. Also learned the stigma against it is actually dumb. Auto combos are there for a reason and isn't always "becuz ALow$ NuBZ 2 pLey".
4) General terminology and why situation distinctions matter. For example being told to just randomly jump and float wins neutral didn't help but being explained as to why it is a solid defensive strategy that can give you time to analyse your opponent really changed how I viewed my actions and what purpose they had.
This is just a few but this information in a small time made me Super Saiyan 3 / Majin player with an 80+% win rate.
Can I give you a hug? This was amazin
great video!
Time to forget everything you just said about combos, and go back to maining hit, then come back to this once I’ve gotten more characters!
bro ive never heard your voice 😂 (not an insult just been watching a while)
Have played FighterZ for about 1000 hours now,
gotta say the points on how to avoid certain types of assists in neutral just made me go:
Why did I not think of that before 🤔
This is very well made gang
I'm going to share this vid with anyone getting into the game!
Jesus christ, this is THE BEST dbfz tutorial, ever!!!
When I started playing the game, all my Dragon Ball knowledge was from Burst Limit, so I barely knew anything. I just started maining Majin Buu because he's cute and charming to watch. One trip to Dustloop months later and I've just realised my mistake. I still main him.
I really wish I had this video when I was starting the game
I haven't put down SSJ Goku since day 1. Still love his playstyle and the beam assist carries my offense
Edit: when practicing rejumps, Cell is easy to land, but once you start landing his consistently, swap to 21 (NOT lab coat 21). Her timing is more in line with the rest of the cast, while Cells is slightly faster.
I DID MY FIRST REJUMP, THANK YOUUUU
Fun fact: Without even factoring in different assists or positions, there are 79,464 possible team compositions in FighterZ. With factoring in different assists, there are 2,196,480 possible team compositions.
Good luck.
Oh dear god, could you imagine what how many team compositions are left to discover? The sheer amount of research and math skills required would make quantum physicists cry...
@@robotizedcyborg7788 No, it's a pretty simple formula. Just 44 x 43 x 42 for 79,464, and 132 (44 x 3) x 129 (43 x 3) x 126 (42 x 3) for 2,196,480.
@@Micha-HilHoly... Your brain's bigger than the size of Jupiter lol
Doesn't know about hold L when you in combo I always mashing. Thank you very much!
Almost at 1000 hours and I learned alot that should help my neutral and pressure pog
And I actually know when DRs are supposed to happen now so maybe just maybe I'll tech one one day on purpose lol
8:10 i felt that in my soul (my 2 mains teams are broly dbs, broly, ssg4 and broly dbs, broly and ui goku)
oh dear god
@@TinyTorgue holy shit didnt expect you to reply I love your guides dude
Thanks man
I have 400 hours in this game, took a break since season 2. I forgot you could hold dragon rush. Thank you for reminding me
I have 200, is that good for a living legend
what a great video
Exquisite video I very clearly started the game wrong tho my first team was like gogeta blue bardock yamcha in like late season 2 lmao
that was a solid team back then and sorta still is
Might I recommend lowering the volume of the background music so that we can hear you better, or adjust your mic settings to pick up and amplify your voice a little, it's a bit soft.
Rollback beta was already out u gotta add that pinned commed soon (it only took them over a year 😅)
Thank you for the time you put into this video.
If you don’t mind me asking: at Q14 where you showed your recommended beginner teams, can anyone replace Goku Black? Is there any other Mid that can replace him for that team?
Thanks in advance.
Pretty much anyone can replace him yes
@@TinyTorgue Thank you for your quick response.
And thank you for your guides and hard work!
Well....now i know for certain this game isn't for me😂. If this level of detailed video went over my head i don't think I'll be getting this game.
Thanks for helping me make that decision
wish I had watched this video when I first started playing, I thought I could reflect while blocking low so I just got mixed everytime
Might be a little late, but I just wanted to know why some combos, after the 2h for example I am able to super dash… same thing goes for the moves that trigger the camera shot, kinda need it for gohan’s combo. Tho im not sure what the term is
well you can superdash once per combo before you have to land to get it back and a smash 2H (ie with a camera zoom) always combos into Superdash while a non-smash 2H (no camera zoom) only combos into SD for Yamcha and UI Goku (Videl too if you count j2H).
Rollback Netcode is now out on PC and next Gen consoles!
Unfortunately, they broke spectator view so running online tournaments like this is basically impossible :/
Hey man quick question, on the controller tier list why was ps5 lower than ps4? Don’t own a ps5 but just curious as to why you feel it’s worse, thanks for all your guides as well!
I felt like the PS5 controller buttons required more force to press than the PS4 ones.
4:41 ayo?🤨🧐
...so I didn't know that the Reflect isn't active when the green effect is visible. I always thought that was part of it.
Well fuck, that's gonna level my up quickly.
Idk why i cannot use dpad for fighting games, i use the controller joystick cuz i get 214X and 236X inputs are more consistent to do there
"the highlighted characters on screen are the worst offenders" proceeds to call my entire team the fuck out. oops
The anime music pack is pretty good actually
The only thing you missed in the description is the music. People are going to be asking about that sick Melty Blood OST
ah yeah i did want to put all the tracks in a playlist, ill do that later if i remember
Playing with friends who are ok at fighting games is the worst🤣🤣 my bro literally always is holding up in block strings or mashing a counter. I've grabbed his counter and 2m'd his chicken gaurd so many times and he never tries anything else, he says "its a defensive 50/50" i mean he's right but that sucks, literally the risk reward is getting out of a grab or staggers and getting maybe a scalled combo with assist or vanish/literally exploding🤣
I did not just see you type that on the Fighting game glossary...
The anime music pack is fire wtf
WAIT YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO HOLD A BUTTON AND NOT MASH IT TO TECH
HUH
Noice video 😊
So, I just got in to the game and I can do the Saiyan BnB genuinely like 100 times without dropping it but I haven't started labbing much beyond that. I am attempting to learn Adult Gohan and was using Kuwanger's recent video for it. My biggest problem is for the first BnB doing Super jump conversions (since the variation you got for at level 0 off a 2M is done with 3H in to a super jump conversion that finishes that same as the normal Saiyan BNB but does 200 more damage because of the 3H instead of 6M). Any tips for getting better at Super jump conversions?
I tell people to play Adult Gohan to practice superjumping in combos lol, if you're already buffering the inputs there isnt much else to do except keep practising.
While your 3H (or any jumpcancelable button) is making contact you just tap down. You don't want to wait for 3H to finish before you start with the down input, buffering is key.
@@TinyTorgue Thank you for this lol, I have been in between how much you have to buffer in this game compared to others but I have been definitely inputting the down-up input too late and they just get out
@@TinyTorgue dude i love you, it worked and now i don't miss
Our Dbfz savior
"Fighting games are getting easier nowadays"
Meanwhile fighting games when you look closer :
I play Blue Goku A, Baby B, and Beerus A and have been trying Tien A instead of beerus i really like the teams
Can you make an Super Broly guide?
Hello, I'm new to the game. I decided to pick SSB Gogeta, SSB Vegito, and Majin A21. Is this a good team or should I pick another since they are all in the bad habits section? Thanks.
Teambuilding is a lot less involved now than when this video came out, you're fine with those 3. And forget about the bad habits part, there's way worse characters in terms of building bad habits to play now lol
@@TinyTorgue Thank you very much for the reply. I'll use this as my main team and sub SS4 Gogeta and Labcoat as point and anchor from time to time.
Is there a way to play this on chromebook without linux
Off to buy fighterz edition and start with hit/goku black/broly team
Can you tell me if this team is good?
Goku black: point: Don't know which assist to pick
Tien: mid: b assist
Hit: anchor: c assist
Swap Tien and Hit and use Hit A. I'm pretty sure Hit would prefer Black's A assist but Tien would prefer the B assist, but that's your preference. Team is decent otherwise.
@@TinyTorgue Ok, thank you for helping.
How do I successfully delay the second L in the JLLL in Base Vegeta corner loop
You do everything as early as possible and only delay the second jL. Time the Light after the Ki blast too, don't mash. Find a rhythm instead.
What bad habits do baby and Broly learn?
So when's the Krillen guide?
