    I was going along until I seen the sugar 😩 Dong Chimi is supposed to be good for the gut (All Kimichi is suppose to be healthy/safe & great for digestion).

      You can leave it out but this is a quick version. But most kimchi recipes like Napa kimchi or others in general have sugar or some sort of sugar replacement in it~
