Your mom totally spoils your dad , with all the delicious food , he really feels like a king 😊
I like the end when Dad blessed the batch with Korean folk magic. 🪄 ✨ ✨ ✨
Lol
So. Much. Work!! Your Mother and her generation, generations past- were Good Women! My daughter would NEVER know about these foods because...its SO MUCH WORK! Thats a Good Woman.🎉
I love how your dad keeps saying "Wah! Woah!" with every step. It's like he's just so impressed with everything your mum does, it's so sweet and encouraging!! The sound effects probably make it really fun and funny too, haha 😂😊💕
😂
You and your mom's cooking is real magic❤
With all the negativity going on in this crazy world, it can definitely benefit from a heavy dose of your parents! Their love and history shared comes through loud and clear in your videos. Your mom is absolutely beautiful and your father, well he’s an adorable clown (said with the utmost respect). They have brought so many smiles into my days and I thank you very much. Yes most definitely the whole could use a heavy dose of them! Thank you for sharing them with us! May the light always be upon your faces, May your illnesses be short and seldom, May happiness and prosperity follow you. Sending love from Idaho, US 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️
Thank you so much for your kind words 🥹
💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
I'm watching this with my dad! Love the father. He's so funny!!
Yum. I love the passion for cooking you and your family have. :)

@@crazykoreancooking.....could you make a video of you making the rolled eggs ?? I wanna try to make them
Dads magic touch is love🤍🤍🤍
Your Mom is a super cook, can tell by just looking at her gestures.
Dad is a super gourmet! ❤❤
This is my favourite type of kimchi, including the radish leaves. 👌🏾
Dads singing 😂❤
Ponytail radish kimchi is my favorite! I just received my order of your kimchi fermentation containers! Can’t wait to fill them.
Thank you for your support. Hope you enjoy delicious kimchi ❤
I love kimchi....all kinds...its very good for you, also.
Thanks for telling us why it’s called that!!!!!
*One of the best and most important recipe Videos Of The Year 💯👌👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻*
Excellent Demonstration xx
Thanks so much 😊
@@crazykoreancooking a pleasure, that is well worth watching
Beautiful. Reminds me of we used to watch my Mom and Grandma cook. 😢💖
Love this! Need more cooking videos. How do you make that purple rice!!??
You buy it. And then cook it in a rice cooker. I sometimes mix it with Jasmine rice after rinsing the latter.
Mix of Korean white rice and black rice. You can add 5-50% of black rice depending on your preference. Cooking method is same as regular Korean rice but texture is softer if you pre-soak.
Wish I was there!!!
Looks so refreshing ❤ yummy
Looks WONDERFUL 😋🙏🏼🛐🧡🇨🇦
Thank you!
Wanted to let you know I tried this recipe with the rice flour paste for the first time. It does make a difference.
Loved this style of content from you guys! Please share more cooking tutorials/instructional videos in the future ❤ Just one question - can the kimchi paste be used for Napa cabbage kimchi as well? Or does your family have a different recipe for that :)
Napa cabbage kimchi is slightly different. We will share that soon!
Can you kimichi other veggies like onions, carrots, corn. Just wondering 🤔
Yes they do. 🎉
I don’t see why not but not sure how corn kimchi will taste. Maybe I should try it
Love this family ❤❤❤
Subscribed and found recipes. Thank you!!!
Thank you so much for this video!
You are so welcome!
Where have y'all been 😮 good to see you !!
I absolutely love kimchi 😋😋😋🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Bussin Bussin
Sign me up YUMMY 😋 delicious I haven’t even finished watching the video and I know it’s GOLD!🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Thank you
Amazing 💜
I have seen similar little shrimp in Japanese cooking...but the little black eyeballs kill me! 😂😂😂 But I know this is super-delicious!
My 17 yr old daughter loves my kimchi but doesn't like the shrimps staring at her so I put them in the blender before adding to the paste. All the flavor, no eyeballs! 😂
@@Leebelle52 That is fantastic! 😊
Love it❤
Kkakdugi is the only kimchi I like. Yummmmmm
I love watching your videos. Do you sell any small size fermentation containers for single girl cooking? I’m getting into fermented foods and your containers look interesting.
Thank you. Yes we do. We have a small one 0.4 Gallon. Although that one is pretty small. 0.9 gal may be better at only a few dollars more. ❤
Wow sarap naman niyan watching surigao city
Is the kimchi radish spicy? I really want to try kimchi bc I like fermented foods but I'm a baby with spicy things!
Can you use daikon radish if you can't find Korean radish?
Does the method of preparing and fermenting the marinade the day before work when making classic kimchi?
Make sure you keep the seasoning in the fridge overnight though
I don't know how your mom chops all of that by hand! My hands would give out after the first few vegetables.
Any plans to sell the radish kimchi???
Can you use mason jar or it is not recommended?
Yes you can use mason jar or any container. Just don’t fill it to the brim. Kimchi container enables better fermentation and keeps the kimchi longer and also keeps smell in. But yes you can use any containers if you like.
You may want to burp it daily during the first few days.
@@crazykoreancooking Thank you so much for the answer. 🙏
@@meizhou9279 Thank you. 🙏
How about radish pickle, that is a different method, right? Can you all show how you all make that?
yes that's different. will do!
@crazykoreancooking love the way your parents enjoy and relish food. Being a foodie myself, I enjoy all cuisine here in Toronto and we have a big korean community & a Koreatown here. You all should try Indian food too, I am sure they will love it. Cheers
👍👍👍👏👏👏👍
Love your videos. Your parents are so awesome. Nothing like a new batch of kimchi. 🥵 😅 A bit hot for me. Stay Blessed 🙏🏼🙂↕️❤️
We will share non spicy kimchi recipe sometime. We actually have non spicy ones
@@crazykoreancookingoh very good.🙂
aren’t all of the crops we grow genetically modified in some way?
Why is this ajussi growling at the food? 😂😂😂😂
That was not shrimp. Those were sea monkeys. Those old enough to remember will remember.
Im supriswd shes useing a counter. Usualy ive seen kimchi made on the ground
Only if you are making a huge amount
@@crazykoreancooking Can the salted shrimp be substituted with something else? Would love to make for my family but we have shrimp allergies. Thanks
anchovy fish sauce. Or none at all, just salt
Does your mom ever use sprite?
We don’t
@@crazykoreancooking but you’ve heard of this, right? The sugar and carbonation is supposed to make kimchi ferment better and make it more effervescent. Curiously….I’ve only seen it done in Korea 🤷🏻♂️
Yes ppl do. Every household has their own method.
@@crazykoreancooking does your mom ever add raw oysters? My late mother used to cheat (don’t tell her 😂) by putting raw oysters in prepared kimchi bc she loved “kimchi oysters.”
😂I've tried Kimchi. Tried to take the heat...way to spicy🥵
How do you guys clean your sink, whenever I see people wash vegetables in sinks I freak out inside, kitchen sinks are germier than toilets, and cold veggies don't get sterilized by heat?
Thoroughly clean with detergent and hot water. Sometimes with bleach and water after meat etc. Fermentation process (good bacteria) keeps bad bacteria from surviving .
@@crazykoreancooking thank you for responding with details :))) blessings! Make sure to have good ventilation when using the bleach :)
He sounds like a constipated sumo wrestler. Who thinks this is funny?
