Love to see Elden players discovering the old from's masterpieces!! Beautiful video!! I would say that DS3 is for sure the best entry point in the dark souls trilogy from a gameplay prospective, but, if you're also interested in the lore consider to play Dark souls 1, because the third chapter has so much connections to the first one that being aware of some character and events can actually completely change the way you see the game, even during some major boss fights, instead if you're gameplay focused you're good to go!! And the most important thing of all, is that in any cases you really have to play the two dark souls 3 dlc, they have some of the best bosses ever and they close a circle that started back in DS1, you don't wanna miss them. (Last thing, given that you've played Sekiro, you can absolutely destroy Gundyr's first phase with some clean parries!) Keep it up!!!

As I'm sure you've already heard from other comments, you actually can jump. You have to be dashing and then click down the left stick. Personally, I think DS3 is better than ER, but man do I miss that jump button after playing ER. Still, jumping is a rarely used mechanic, so it was tolerable. But yeah, ER is _very_ similar to DS3 in terms of how the game works, e.g. controls, combat mechanics, etc., so it shouldn't take long to settle in.
