I find LHD cars comfortable, i’ve had 4 in the UK, driven four. 2 German, one Dutch and a US import. Cameras all over in the Balkans and in the RF aplenty. Apparently the speeding fine in Russia are a few pounds only. - Glad you are all set for winter. You are right, the adverse weather, it can go beyond March. Just looked back at it - you got a years ticket, full tax, and insurance for £250. VG.

Winter tires are not mandatory. You can use any tires, Bulgarian law only stipulates that the tread must be a minimum of 4mm during the winter months.
I thought the total was per month. So, 310 per year is an insanely great cost.
