I'm in the process of moving to Bulgaria but not everybody can move abroad from UK - due to children, partner, job, health problems etc. What do you suggest for people stuck in UK? Any solutions? At least Richard Vobes shows and addresses some problems. His viewers should decide how far they want to go in the fight against the system. Sitting in Bulgaria and ridiculing other UA-camrs is not a solution. Please concentrate on the Bulgarian content as it's great and very informative.

Well Mr v definitely has a driving license as he has a van (which apparently bailiffs tried to take a while back) and I think he's got a Car (or his partner has) as for cash, well he's got that notice that says cash is king but a while back he got his wallet out and it looked like it was full of cards, maybe it was loads of notes folded over Im not sure as he only took the wallet out quickly.

His £100 fine was refunded in favour of charging him £700 and more for failing to provide his driving licence number. His dispute is about the excessive fine for allegedly failing to provide his driving licence number. I'm with Andy on this one, Section 172 of the Road Traffic Act 1998 only requires you to "identify or name the driver". There is no obligation to provide a driving licence number in the particular circumstances Andy was in. This has nothing to do with the sovereignty nonsense but more to do with injustice. One can either stand up against injustice or allow yourself to be walked over. I know which I prefer. Keep up the fight Andy.

It seems you can get out of paying domestic council tax in the UK, but before you can be successful, you'll have a mountain of legal stuff to learn and apply as well as having the full weight of the system pressing down on you while you apply it.
