at 14:05 how to you ingage and disingage the filler caps?
The plugs simply press into place. You can use a screwdriver to remove if needed. Using Thule lock cylinders is the best option.

When my Thule is latched up unused, it kind of blocks my rear license plate...is that an issue with being pulled over by the cops?

what kind of driller is that?
That is a Makita drill, we used a drill in this video to demonstrate how the rack could be assembled quickly.
you cannot take the safety out!
Hello. There is a safety through pin that must be removed in order to lower the rack into the rear access position. If the there is downward pressure on the pin, or the pin is lacking lubrication, it could be difficult to take out. Hope that helps, thanks!
