the thing i remember most about that episode with the tortellini was a short glimpse up in the balcony while Joe was giving the lesson on how to make them. Christine (who is blind) was trying to figure out using her hands while listening how to do the steps. Another person saw this and gently reached around and guided her hands to help her feel the last steps.
Something that i always loved about Master Chef is how kind most of the people are to each other. They are all there to learn and grow, most dont know that the rest of the time off camera they are learning and practicing their craft. We only see the big tests.
