And he has allso said he gets so upset because of his passion for cooking and he believes that you need that passion to be a good cook and many of these chefs just look at it as there next payday

Ramsy's frustrations makes sense when these people are supposed to be proper chefs yet they cook as if it's a friday night dinner
If you watch the raw Hell's Kitchen episodes you can see that Ramsay doesn't just explode and name call out of no where. There's a build up. And they are meant to be professionals making rookie mistakes so you can understand his frustration.

if you look at dave and heather, they both got injured really bad on the show
even tho dave fractured his wrist, he continued onto the show showing dedication and passion
heather suffered a second degree burn and while she was crying and in awful pain, heather continued to give orders and help her teammates while gordan ran her hand underneath cold water until the medics arrived
heather west and dave levey will forever be iconic
I used to think Ramsay was a douche until I saw him with the children chefs. Then I realized he isn’t an asshole; he’s just rightfully pissed off when he’s told he’s being given experienced chefs and they make rookie mistakes.
When a child chef has more common sense than an “executive chef” from a restaurant, it’s kinda sad. But at least I know he aims his anger at people that need tough love but gives the kids the best support to assure they don’t give up.

when i was a babyface.... i remember hearing someone in the show had supposedly killed themselves due to the abuse they had supposedly suffered from gordon
I somewhat remembered something similar. Looking it up Rachel Brown shot herself a little over a year after appearing on the show. I haven't however found anything to suggest she blamed HK so no idea for sure
I know of 1 contestant that committed suicide.
It was personal stuff quite some time after the show.

I understand if Gordon was in a different profession, but... He's a chef. Tough love is crucial for chefs because cooking is tough, because even the simplest of dishes can make someone incredibly sick or even kill them. Gordon getting mad at chefs who are supposed to not be cooking food that could kill someone is better than a customer being violently ill because a chicken breast was cooking through properly.

No one sees the uncut & unedited version of Hell's kitchen. Not only that but they know how chef Ramsay is. He is very tough in the kitchen & he will do anything & everything to get passion out of you. A lot of people don't like Gordon which is understandable of course.. I like watching Gordon Ramsey, His passion for cooking is on another level.
Aren’t they supposed to have like years and years of experience and they don’t most of them remember that one lady that told Gordon she would teach him manners She was giving culinary classes to people and charging them a lot and she herself didn’t even go to culinary school like would she expect he was gonna embrace her with open arms understand why he’s like that he’s offering them a nice job with a great pay and he wants the best of the best and they’re giving him mediocreat best

In the unedited & uncut version of Hell's kitchen, Chef Ramsay is calm & tries to help them in the beginning. However, when it's taking them hours to complete the first table, that is when he starts getting upset & the toughness comes out. Of course the anger & yelling makes it to the final edit, that's why people watch the show.

he gets mad because these people are supposed to be PROFESSIONALS but instead they fight, argue, cook awfully, etc. if you watch master chef junior, he’s super sweet and nice to the child chefs and helps them out and the kids are even more professional than these adults

I have commented before on Jason messing with his feet then going down to cook. Did he wash his hands before touching food. This makes me feel sick to my stomach. To think he’d been picking at his feet and then going to touch food. Ugh.
Like I think if I remember it’s been a hot minute since I watched Hell’s kitchen the contestants win a job offer so they basically get a job at a new restaurant or at a restaurant and yet I think the pay half $1 million a year as the average chef in a restaurant in the United States only makes 61,000 and some change you’re gonna want the best of the best especially if you’re offering that kind of paycheck

Im sorry but when it comes to working with anything that can kill someone if its not done properly screaming is least of your problems. Every kitchen that respects it self will be like hells kitchen. No head chef is gonna let food be wasted seeing how small profit margins for restaurants are. Ramsey is really tame compared to some shit that happens in restaurant kitchens.

I mean, its hell's kitchen, hell is in the name for a reason, plus, Gordon has the right to be mad, minimum wage fast food restaurants work better than them, there is no arguing, there is no pretentious incel who thinks he can 1 up Gordon, there is little to no issues with the food
