The description on the Puma website is 100% cow leather. Theres no synthetic leather in this upper.

I got the Palermo Ultra Blue - Clementine, usual size, very beautiful shoes but they are so uncomfortable, the upper and tongue are very stiff and therefore they hurt the bridge and ankle of my foot, even after only few minutes wearing them. I have no idea how some people find them "comfy", maybe they have narrow feet. Unfortunately I think I will return them...
