Yeah bro. I got it down to 2.840 @46mph in this vid. The ground was cold too. Night run. I’m gonna do a 3s run then I will take reverse out and turn brake down. It sure is an awesome car out the box for me. 💪🏾💯👍🏾🔥
@@UDRC85 i turned brakes down to lowest 25% and it still does that same spin out effect with one slight pull and a half.
@@CoachD386 I noticed that but also on my vid I realize that when I tap the brake. It seems like this esc goes into reverse if you tap twice. When I just push brake and not tap it do not want to spin out. I’ll check it out when I do my 3s hits.

That's awesome! I have a new DR10 and it doesn't come close to running like that ! They say the DR10 is geared for 3S which you would think they would gear it for 2S, gives me something to do but it's a Losi 22S or a Traxxas drag Slash, both well worth the money, you did well!
Thank you very much. I have the dr10 also. You want to put 500k diff oil, 70rear, 40front shock oil, I’d do stock spur 87 and a 22-24t pinion or so. Thats what I did to mine.

What battery did you run? I’m thinking about getting one of these. I have a 30c spektrum battery as a spare. I might put that pack in mine when I get to do some passes.
Lol I shut off reverse too whenever it's an option on any race oriented RC. It's too easy to make a mistake in the heat of it and accidentally reverse when you're just trying to "pump" the brakes a little, it can also shred your gearing up as well. I don't like stiff breaking much either unless the surface I'm on requires it or if I'm hitting big ramps, but that's just for air control.
Agreed 👍🏾 I’ve made a mistake like that before and I take reverse out asap.
I know it's been 2 years since you posted this video, but I found out with mine that the brake is proportional, you can't just push it all the way because it will lock up the wheels if you do

I did not get them in mine. I ca double check. I thought I saw that on sone vids too. 😂 all good but I really like this car.
My roller came with them but I’ve already switched them out for a set of yeah racing ones

I love my dr10 but it’s way better out the box than the dr10. It’s faster, mine went straight out the box and everything I did to mine to make it competitive losi provided it in the rtr version.
Like #18 looking good out there can’t wait to run mine it’s hands down better than the dr10 and the slash drag 👍🏾

How many batteries did you change out for this vid . Hard for me to believe that you kept getting that on one battery .. but if that was only one battery that’s awesome
just one battery. I ran it on 2s.

What battery and connector did you use?
Powerhobby 2s 9000 120c with qs8 connector
I have 20 hours in my chassis and tuning still struggling to get under 3.00
Heat tires up on carpet mat, but a cheap one from Walmart etc and keep adjusting the slipper clutch clockwise very little at all time. As soon as you feel the tool turn in just slightest bit that’s enough to make a difference.
Does that app for the speed come with it? Does it stop its own clock after the distance is met?
You can download it if App Store or google play for free and yes when you set it to 132ft in the app it stops when you reach 132ft

3s on 100% and I spin out at 4he start and then let off and give full throttle then wheelies for 50' feet lol. It's fun, but I haven't dialed it in. My Infraction gets my attention a little more. Too fun and fast.

The losi is faster out the box. I have the both. I love the optional parts for the dr10. If you want a out the box no issue car go for the losi. The dr10 need a little work out the box but also a good choice.
Can you run this on 3s with no problems?
Yes you may have to raise the body post in the rear because, the tires will balloon a lot and rub the body.
What is your 2S battery specs?
I was running 120c 9000mah powerhobby. I don’t run any crazy batteries.
@@UDRC85 Now that is a real RTR car. A little tweaking will go a long way with that car. I just caught your Losi truck video it did well to and will benefit with some tweaking as well but aero dynamics is going hold it back a little. Man you found a great place for testing, like your videos, keep them coming.

Straight out the box the only thing that happened was the front wheels return right and left that's it. Car would not move at all. So you're saying you just plug the battery in and that was it and you are ready to go. Not the case with mine.
Wow. Yeah I did. I thing to mine but change connector and put my battery.
@@UDRC85 so you didn't have to do anything with the controller program anything just straight out of the box

@@UDRC85 just put my battery on the charger. I did take it straight out of the box and put it in the car. I'm getting no indication of the amount of charge in the battery the fan is not working in the charger it's brand new. It does not give me any indication that it is charging. It is set on lipo 3.0 a.
@@waynehoward2340 I’m not sure what charger you have but make sure it is set to lipo and 2s or 3s. The fan on my charger comes on and turn off at time during the charge cycle.
Do away with reverse . This will stop car from braking so hard is what lots of guys say

Honestly I love the dr10 I have a few. Out the box the losi is better honestly speaking. The dr10 is still a great car as well.
