Sometimes you can appreciate the hit boxes in that a shot to the hand doesn’t down a player even at close range. But it can also be frustrating that there isn’t any collateral penetration detection and a hand can block a body shot at point blank range.
Not to mention if you shot their hand they couldn't use their gun.

That’s the kind of stuff I used to enjoy doing with the Garand and BAR so stupid the 1 shot kill distance is so short despite it firing the same round
JESUS CHRIST MAN!!! So many of these shots are just so unbelievably good dude! I'd think that you were using an aimbot if you didn't miss that one guy in the trench who was literally right next to you! lol I mean that shot at around 10:10 was totally unreal man. He was so far off you could barely see him, let alone shoot a well placed shot, let alone a fucking HEAD SHOT!!!

@@issaf3676 it looks so much better on PS5 than PC, as crazy as that sounds. But it plays way better on PC. For some reason it looks very blurry on PC, at least for me.
@@PeterFeederHQ can't say I have that issue, but then again I have a 3090 with ryzen 5800x3d and run it at 4k all ultra settings.

Just got this game yesterday, and man this game is so tough, people like alpine sniper want to make you quit the game. Other than that it’s super fun and gives the band of brothers vibes.

I’m a new player and yesterday I had my first experience where I was able to play with a really good spotter. Unique gaming experience, love it.

A recent game on Foy I was dropping dudes at 400+, but it only counted a few kills at that range. Even as I sat and watched a body despawn after hitting him, it still didn't register the 400+ m kill.
I'm yet to play as a sniper, but I did get a 600m headshot with a Pz Faust..... No lie! I was on high ground looking down on the D-Day map, match timer was ticking away to bring an end to the game, so I carefully tried to take out a US Logi with the Faust, fell short by about 3m, but headshot a dude nearby who was prone xD
I have gotten a 357m headshot with a mag dump from the thompson gun, i was shocked haha.

I've had this game a while really want to get into it. Looks amazing
just put some time into this, its an amazing game with a slgithy high learning curve. but that what makes it soo much fun.
First thing is just hop in as an infantryman, don’t go for the tanks or the commander or anything fancy. Just listen to your team, learn the guns, and drop some kills while mainly trying to survive not kill. Then try an engineer to learn basic fortification building, and once you’ve mastered that try a team officer to deploy and manage your garrisons and outposts. Having steps to take for learning will make it so much easier than it was for most of us.
@@thehotbox9788 engineer for fortification building is useless, drop nodes instead and place mines.

the scope is so powerfull in the game if you play it like this. and nopt as recon to take out arty etc
My longest head shot was with Kar98, and it wasn't even meant for that guy, I missed a shot on someone else

Which in some ways is harder because ironsights but also a lot easier as long as you can actually spot them because.... MG42

It’s a lot easier when the German scope zooms in and LOD objects aren’t appearing at far distances lol
I have a 65" HD TV that I use as a monitor, I can see people way the hell out there. Longest shot I have made since the bullet drop update was over 500m. Headshot with an MG doing short bursts ahead of the target. I can see them at 400m with iron sights, and it looks like a man not a couple pixels. Its rare I get to use the sniper rifle, most people seem to lose interest when they get over rank 250 where all my bro's are.
I'm thinking he's got to have a very big screen to see some of that stuff.

@@snuffying yep, but you see a pixel, I see a dude on the top of that hill or down on the beach. Lots of stuff won't load that far out there though, so I tend to shoot walls with someone hiding behind them far too often.

Idk what I’m doing wrong but I haven’t got to play sniper once if I make a squad im stuck as spotter but when I join one im still the damn spotter how!?
If you join and ur the spotter that means somebody made the squad realized they weren’t the sniper and quit once the sniper joined leaving them with no spotter. It’s almost impossible to get a sniper life wit a spotter down to play they’re role unless ur wit a friend whose down to make the squad first then hav you join as sniper.

@@ronaldmcreagann6343 this game is just slowly turning into call of duty. When I first started playing this game the guns felt like guns. 99% of the time you’d get a 1 shot kill with any gun. The bullets would have realistic drop and realistic velocity. So if you had a mp40 or tommygun you would dominate close quarters. Other guns like the garand and k98 would dominate long distance. Now the mp40 is a 3 shot kill and the bullets fly like paintballs making it complete garbage unless you’re point blank.
