Totally get the temperature comment. Here in the States it can be 50 degrees in the Fall and feel cold, take that same 50 degrees and put it in the Spring, and it feels warm. Enjoy your trip. :)
Here in the USA, where we seem to get every kind of cold, I can agree with you that cold and humid really does feel colder in some ways. Extreme cold and dry will freeze your fingers and toes, but less extreme cold and damp seems to chill your whole body to the bone.
Sorry you had to deal with the delays and cancellations, it’s awful and takes a bit to recover. Look forward to seeing what’s next from Teka’s neck of the woods. 👍🛩🌄💕
Next time fly to SeaTac airport - Seattle/Tacoma - like you said, it's more like Scotland than the rest of the US and you'll feel right at home! :) We'll be happy to greet you and give you a chance to adjust to the time zones.
The shorter hair really suits you & you look like you're slimming down a bit so kudos! Sorry you two had a rough trip this time out but I love your vids of Brazil & your wife's culture/family.
I can relate, mate. Spring of last year, I came over to visit Great Britain ... just as a transportation strike began. Instead of New Orleans to New York to London, I went from New Orleans to New York to Berlin to Vienna to London. THEN, as the atrike was still on, I was herded to an Uber to go to Ealing to where I was staying at about 2 am. Needless to say, my first day in Ealing was recovery. Good on you for keeping up your fitness! That can be easy to miss when you are traveling so. Keep it up, boss!
its the humidity, when its gets cold it goes right through you. i feel for you on the air travel, i recently traveled round trip from miami to vancouver it took a day to travel each way and it took me weeks to recover from the travel from the coffin size space your confined to, to the 5 hour layover mid flights so they can use smaller aircraft. it will be a long time before i fly again
I'm so happy to see a new video from you ❣️😌!! Hopefully your trip keeps getting better. Travel is always the difficult part. IT causes anxiety for me. Love you and your beautiful wife 💕
I was actually hoping y’all would go to Brazil. Curitiba looks like a beautiful city. Be careful how you say “pão de queijo”…saying it incorrectly might get you some funny looks. 😅
Travel tip: always only bring a carry-on bag . Never pack a lot of stuff so you are always free to change your plans at a moments notice and you never have to be a hostage to your checked bag or luggage lost by the Airline.
My flight from Virginia to Lisbon in August was delayed due to weather but what can you do. Also had the longest free fall in an airplane I've ever had. It was like a roller coaster, lots of spilled drinks but we made it. Enjoy the family time!
I've been lucky when travelling not to get anything too bad. It must be about 12 years since I was last in Sao Paulo airport, only a short layover on the way to Paraguay and back. Hope you have a great trip
And I thought my trip was bad. Thursday Oct 10 I left North Texas for Ireland. My plane was late causing me to miss my connecting flight. Ended up in a different town. Managed to get to Derry Ireland only to discover my phone wouldn't work. Also no cash for a taxi. Nice man paid for my taxi and then just left me at the place with no way to communicate with the landlord of the place. But someone eventually came and took me where I needed to go. Like I said. Your experience makes mine look like a picnic.
Having spent too many hours in the very boring little airport in Brunei I can sympathise! It was monsoon season at the time so leaving the air conditioned airport was not really an option, even though it was possible (I've no idea whether transit passengers need a visa).
I don’t know. If I lived in anywhere in Scotland or Edinburgh I think I would never leave especially for America and I live here. Scotland is the most grand and beautiful place in the world.
@@shaunvlog I actually love the weather. Inverness was so comfy in the cold weather. But then we stayed at the Royal Highlander Hotel which was grande. Edinburgh too. I loved the rainy days. Then there was the food in Skye and Portree where I would hang my Hat the rest of my Days if I could.
HUGE news for y’all - I’m coming back to the USA, during Halloween and through November. More info soon 😉🇺🇸
Holler if you are back in San Antonio, Texas. My husband and I would love to meet y'all.
I really hope y'all get to go see a college football game ❤ if you do please don't be afraid to meet folks at the tailgate party before 🍻
Come back to NOLA!!! HALLOWEEN IS DOPE HERE.
Best time of the year in the south!
Love your USA videos! Keep up the great work!

I’ve never been as cold as when it gets cold in Florida. You feel it in your bones.
Haircut looks GREAT!
The new haircut looks great, Shaun!
My wife and I are headed to Brazil in about 2 weeks and I really hope we have all the luck that you didn't have. ❤

Very true 👍
Agreed
Looking forward to your USA visit!
Glad you got there safe. Wow, what a beautiful city. Hopefully I get to see it one day. Can't wait to see more. Peace
Keep up the consistent work-outs, after a while you will actually miss them when skip a few days. ❤

I'd never heard of Curitiba. I'm excited to see more of it - your images are lovely.

Good job on your fitness journey! It’s very inspiring to see you workout on holiday! It makes me more determined so, thank you! Keep going! 💪🏼

I'm just happy that you and Teka are safe and sound, Shaun. Have a good trip home. Much ❤from the Texas Hill Country.

Antarctic is on the bottom of the earth so if you're getting a cold wind in Brazil, it's coming up from the Antarctic not coming down.😊
I was actually hoping y’all would go to Brazil. Curitiba looks like a beautiful city. Be careful how you say “pão de queijo”…saying it incorrectly might get you some funny looks. 😅
I never saw you with such short hair. It looks good. 👍🏻
Haircut looks great!

Bad time to come Shaun!
Great haircut. I like it shorter!
I have never seen “sympathy food” being handed out. Wow!!’
Happens whenever I'm delayed on my way to Latin America
@@LindaC616 how cool! Most of my trips have been in the US.
US airlines used to do this when flights were delayed. Food Boxes..lol
Curitiba ♥️🇧🇷
The hair cut looks great.
I recently was in Edinburgh for 2 weeks. Lucky us! No plane issues at all. Edinburgh was wet and chilly. I did not care. I kept going and going.
I'm jealous
In the United States a jumper is a little girl's dress. 😂😂😂
Y'all are such easy travelers. I would have ben irate!

Oh we were in Lisbon in August too. The drop must have been pretty scary
@@shaunvlog It was scary! Flown many times but never had a free fall that that. Lisbon was nice. Looking to move there so was checking it out.
So beautiful❤
You’ll have to try a spooky corn maze. They’re fun.

Love the Cubs hat! 💙⚾️
Cubs cap? Greetings from Chicago!
Yeah! From my trip to watch a game in Chicago 😊
U just missed a hefty downpour the day as well😑😁
Much love💙🏴

Sorry that you had the trip from Hell. I hope the rest of your stay will make up for it. Love'n the Cubs cap BTW!
Love the Cubs hat 😉

An inevitable part of life is death, taxes and at least one severe flight delay.😂
The Amazon is what i want to see. 😊
And I thought the tricky part was getting out of Heathrow.😊
L O V E your new haircut!
I'm so early to this video!
Appreciate you 😀
Are delays like these common in Brazil?
we walked over 5 km and never left the airport 😬
An entire airport was closed because of a minor accident? And your other airport was a nightmare. Remind me to never fly to south america. ,🤔
I don’t know. If I lived in anywhere in Scotland or Edinburgh I think I would never leave especially for America and I live here. Scotland is the most grand and beautiful place in the world.
True - but the weather is utterly horrific

Don't leave Scotland, is the solution! Ha!
😂😂😂😂😂
cubs hat really?
brazil is as facinating as the US
