I would like to Practice mindfulness more often and be productive such as cleaning my room more often because I get lazy and my room collects so much dirt and dust so fast.
I've been leaning more and more into minimalism the same way. Wanting to be intentional with the things I own. I've began cleaning out clutter and donating it. :) Great video!

I want to start praying TAHAJUD ( a prayer that can perform at mid night 12-am till 5-am). I have heard about so many miracles of ppl who are perforiming this prayer at mid night. My goald this year is to start it by myselfm and. I feel so calm and happy.

I've had my few ups and lots of downs but I'll be fine. I know that tough times are only temporary. I also want to thank you for the other time you told me that the Mindfulness Technique I was doing in my belief is also Mindfulness. I am so grateful to you because now I have no doubts about it. So that is mindfulness. I'm overjoyed and the few times I tried it made me feel calm, peaceful and happy. I even moved (walk around the house) in a slow pace. Well, calmly, taking my time, and it was a wonderful feeling.
I do have another question about mindfulness. When you are in the middle of practicing mindfulness and enjoying nature or activities you enjoy, what are we suppose to do when a loved one shows up and rushes us to come over or do something? That makes me nervous and I can't enjoy the peace.

Just like you, I've had my ups and downs as well, but I find it comforting to remember that life is not a linear path. It has its highs and lows but as long as we keep moving forward, we're moving in the right direction.
I'm so happy to hear you've been practicing mindfulness and enjoying it! It's something that's really helped me in my life. Peace truly is found in the present moment.
When it comes to other people, I see it as an opportunity to take my mindfulness practice to another level. Become aware of your emotions. Notice your tendency to judge the situation and wanting for it to be different. Don't judge yourself for it, simply become aware of it. This is mindfulness. It's not always going to be the perfect environment. There will be chaos sometimes and things or people pulling at our attention, but our peace is ours to cultivate and protect. I hope this helps🙏

Ooh I see. Yeah, when problems arise, it tends to get very stressful. For example right now, our household is filled with tension because of many things going on at once.
