- Welcome to my first video about my new car, Misty!
She is a 2009 Pontiac G6 GXP that I recently purchased with roughly 75,000 miles!
This is my second car, I previously owned a 2009 Chevy Malibu (Named Molly) that was great for a first car but she just wasn't cutting it anymore.
You can expect more videos on Misty, other cars, and car related videos on this channel!
I just bought one in Flushing Michigan, drove from Missouri to get it. A 2008 Black with whale tail, 63K miles. You can see out the back better than I can Lol. I love mine too!!! Thanks for the video so I can see the differences. Look forward to more ;)
Congrats on the purchase! I wish I had the spoiler but maybe I'll grab one in the future. More uploads soon!
this car is so hot 😭
just picked up my G6 GT the other day wonderful little car wonderfully maintained
I have a Pontiac g6 gt convertible and mine is Black also I love my car no major Repair's mine is a 2007 I will keep my car as long as it will run you made a wise decision oan I live in Texas!
I love it. I'm getting one !!
That’s a beautiful g6
Misty is badass! 🔥
Love the car, but the 3.6 L V6 is the a ticking time bomb with the timing chains. I had a Torrent GXP that they failed twice.
I most likely partially built your car. Looks quite sharp!
Thank you, I appreciate it! I'm working on an update video soon so stayed tuned!
I got a midnight blue metallic Pontiac G6 GXP 2DR body is amazing on it just a beautiful car but I’m running 152,000 miles on it but going to swap motors and planing on trying to throw a turbo charger in mine but we will see what happens
what rims & tires are those? looks really nice!
Haha love the name bro. My name is Misty, but I drive an 06 GTP coupe 😂
GTP crew in the house today.
Love Pontiac.
I like the way it sits as is , no lowering..
Really? I don't mind it, but I've had a few comments on how high it sits.
I have a 4dr gxp g6 but had to rebuild the transmission and water pump around 90k miles. Ima keep it stock, I’m afraid if I add some mods it’ll just do damage to it. I’m glad on the stock performance and looks.
I just passed 90k miles so hopefully I don't have to rebuild it as well 🙏
Mine is running 171k miles currently, still all factory, drives like a dream too. Just had to replace the alternator but for 171k that’s not a big deal haha.
Hows your transmission holding up? Bought a 08 G6 Gxp street edition and my 3-5-R plate broke 1 week later, its been half a year still cant decide what to do with it.
I haven't had any issues so far, she runs like a champ. There are some videos out there if you'd like to tackle the job yourself, but if it was me I'd probably have someone do it for me. Working on transmissions can be tough. Sorry about the bad luck man.
I rebuilt mine around 90k miles,
Yours is actually the 2009.5 version. It actually features several upgrades vs the original 2009 version.
was thinking the same thing myself!
Audatious Xtreme yeah i own a 2009 gxp. I’m trying to find 2009.5 upgrades for mine. So far, I have the cluster, radio, h vac, but I can’t find the seats with the gxp emblems. I want to put the 08 spoiler on mine bc it sits higher and looks a little better.
Do you know the part number of the 2009.5 steering wheel?
Hi bro, I'm looking at a 2005 g6 3.5l v6. It has 278k km and the owner says it has a little noise from front left wheel, everything else fine . $1300 CAD, should i go for it? would it last 2 years atleast?
I would definatly take it for a test drive and see how it feels. $1,300 CAD should be a decent price. That should leaves you with some money to fix any small repairs.
hello, i plan on picking up a v6 this thursday. 100k+ miles, 1 owner. does this model have bluetooth, how are the speakers, & what would you say the longevity is? im a sophomore college student and i hope for the car to last until i graduate, do you think it lasting until then without any major repairs is possible?
did you ever buy?
555 i did!
@@rolo132how's it running so far looking @ one of these too
Rusty nothing bad so far! it kinda veers to one side, so im sure it needs an alignment. although it wasn’t that bad off the lot and about a week after, it started getting pretty noticeable the 2nd and 3rd week. but other than that, it’s great!
Roland Davis if you're still looking for a place to do alignments I've always used Firestone because they have lifetime alignments available. Just a heads up!
How many miles do u have in it now?
A little over 87k!
How much u pay for it
Pontiacs are beautiful cars except for Grand Prix
