Random but TOTS Miguel is a demon with dribbling and he has decent pace too: dude is amazing at getting past defenders. But yes I agree just the defending AI is wayyy overtuned, and I mean it’s be aight if attacking AI was better but it’s not..
fr the only consistent way to score is to spam cross the ball to a tall striker or send your fullback on a run and pass to them with some one who has long ball plus then do a double cuttback
The changing gameplay every day is so true man. Every day I feel like it plays different. The thing that REALLY pisses me off is when I pass it to someone and I’m not switched onto that person. It’ll just doink off that person and they stand there as I’m still running with the previous player, until I realize it and switch over. I’m not even played locking either… Like c’mon
Previously only players like Varane, Viera used to do the wrap around tackles. But in EAfC, even 5 5’ player wrap around 6 4’ player and tackles the ball. Weird mechanics.
The wrap around tackles are the worst feature in the entire game it takes out any sense of trying to think about what you and your opponent are doing and trying to guess correct/outplay the opponent, its just tackle spam till you get the ball back or their player gets bad animations

I remembered I slide tackled KdB with my Vidic who has slide tackled plus. A clean tackle and took KdB out. But for some reason Vidic just stayed on the gorund for such a long time while KdB just got up, got the ball again and had a 1v1 with my keeper...

I played rivals and man that person had sørloth! And kept shipping ball up to him and then head it down to player next to sørloth and score! All 6 goals just like that! First sorry for your loss. Second as a former elite god of war player before Ragnarok i loved that game. I could beat it on the hardest difficulty. Shit changed. I hate how enemies break my camera. I was 12-1 which was looking alright for my first rank 1 finish and then the bs starts to happens countless tackles you make the ball ricochets to them, deflected goals you name it usually I would yell when the mechanics are bad, but today is the first time in a year I've thrown my controller and I ended finishing 14-6. Guys honestly for your health don't play it this crap ain't worth it anymore this genuinely might be my last FIFA I ever purchase because countless server issues and glitches in the game. I got rank 1 last week and this week I got 14 wins. I was 12-0 and then my gameplay was horrendous. Passing didn't connect, my players were like magnets to the opposition, my defence was all over the place. Started my ps5 3 times and still had the same issues on 12 ping

First off, I'm sorry for your loss, Skillz. On the video's topic: Stuff like this is legitimately why I've never been enticed by Ultimate Team. I see the appeal of it, but as a Career Mode player, I just can't justify diving into UT where there are so many variables against you outside of the gameplay alone. I've even stopped playing Career Mode and didn't buy FC24. Been playing Football Manager for the past year or so & have had so much more fun. Hopefully this 2K FIFA game cooks. I don't think footy games NEED an Ultimate Team mode. And I'm hoping that they prove it.

I found a guy that if you play against him your controls default to manual and it is impossible to change your settings as it does not saves it.
Does anyone else notice the difficulty doesn’t really change the gameplay? They still make “non-foul” moves, bronze cards are still faster than any special cards. Like, what’s the point of having a second job and grinding through FC24?

I haven't played it for 4 months. I just listen to the content creators. Although ive not been on the Xbox for a little while, im currently in the process of moving into a new place. FC24 is uninstalled. I just noticed that whenever i jumped on the game, even if i only played 3-5 games ,id just get frustrated, even if i won the majority of those games. It wasnt a fun experience,it was stressful. Then towards the end when i realised i was getting stressed, i would just turn the Xbox off or id play another game and then i thought to myself, i know im not a bad player at this game, but the antics in the game makes me not want to play it. Not to mention, buying players you want to play with is risky. You could buy a player at 300k one week to try it out, and then next thing you know, you've lost out because the market has crashed. Packs worth more than the game it's self. In previous FIFA's, it would be rare to see certain icons in people's teams or more than one icon. Now with the amount of SBC's that give us access to many icons, although its nice to be able ti craft them over time, it has ruined the wow factor of having players like that in your team. The amount of Eusebio's i would see in a rivals game was like seeing any old card. Im not a content creator but, ive played the game and Fifa long enough to see the problems that other people are also not happy with. I remember a couple fifa's ago, i packed toty Jorginho anf he stayed in my team for the rest of the game, i guarantee, with the players we have access to now, if i had continued to play this game, he wouldn't of been in my team very long. I miss previous FIFA's like 14, probably one of my favourite games. When Bronze and Silver players had a value other than for SBCs. Who remembers Memphis Depays silver card , and you could actually use it in game. Wellington Silva. My favourite game mode was probably the World cup Ultimate team where if you won tbe tournament, you would get price money and use it to go towards your regular Ultimate team. First time i was ever able to play with Ronaldo, can't even lie my team was waveyyy still 🤣 Anyway,im gonna stop rambling

It's the first year I've not even enjoyed career mode. Gameplay is so bad, even offline modes feel unresponsive and sluggish, like if servers were bad. On top of that, it gets exponentially worse on online modes.
Finally someone talks about those tackles from behind...I make a perfectly timed tackle in front of the ball holder and nothing happens then my opponent it's coming from behind with Pele or any other striker and takes the ball from me 😂...
I just hate that 90+ paced players feel like they’re stuck in mud, I get off the game once it starts feeling like that.

Now as a div 6 player in fifa and being new to the sport the fun was learning chemistry and how to play. I think bro youve technically beat this game over and over again and you’re bored with it. From what i understand is that UT is the same as previous years and its even getting boring to me. The only thing that brings me back to this game is the chase to the elite division. I was 12-1 which was looking alright for my first rank 1 finish and then the bs starts to happens countless tackles you make the ball ricochets to them, deflected goals you name it usually I would yell when the mechanics are bad, but today is the first time in a year I've thrown my controller and I ended finishing 14-6. Guys honestly for your health don't play it this crap ain't worth it anymore this genuinely might be my last FIFA I ever purchase because countless server issues and glitches in the game. And also AA my condolences.
I got rank 1 last week and this week I got 14 wins. I was 12-0 and then my gameplay was horrendous. Passing didn't connect, my players were like magnets to the opposition, my defence was all over the place. Started my ps5 3 times and still had the same issues on 12 ping

This comes from someone who is in his early 30s who's played football all his life who creates real life football content , and let me tell you in this game Everyone is a Pro defender the dribbling and the running is trash I thought FIFA 23 was bad but they took it to another level of bad with this one ....I already deleted this trash after 5 days of playing the game and keep in mind i only played it because it came out for free after The Release on the PS5 and because a friend keep telling me 2 get it, the players are super stiff dribbling and running is trash shooting is trash rebound goals are trash the fact that you can't dribble thru the middle is trash always have to run thru the wings and cut the ball to the middle to score is trash what else???? The fact that no matter how fast your players pace is there like a one on one challenge effect that activates regardless of the situation that won't allow your player to just sprint out this company is just trash

On the video's topic: Stuff like this is legitimately why I've never been enticed by Ultimate Team. I see the appeal of it, but as a Career Mode player, I just can't justify diving into UT where there are so many variables against you outside of the gameplay alone. I've even stopped playing Career Mode and didn't buy FC24.
Been playing Football Manager for the past year or so & have had so much more fun. Hopefully this 2K FIFA game cooks. I don't think footy games NEED an Ultimate Team mode. And I'm hoping that they prove it.

He is so right! The tackles are ridiculous, protecting the ball is useless. Everyone using the same mechanics to win games. Cheaters even managed to cheat on PS4. I found a guy that if you play against him your controls default to manual and it is impossible to change your settings as it does not saves it.
Does anyone else notice the difficulty doesn’t really change the gameplay? They still make “non-foul” moves, bronze cards are still faster than any special cards. Like, what’s the point of having a second job and grinding through FC24?

Although ive not been on the Xbox for a little while, im currently in the process of moving into a new place. FC24 is uninstalled. I just noticed that whenever i jumped on the game, even if i only played 3-5 games ,id just get frustrated, even if i won the majority of those games. It wasnt a fun experience,it was stressful. Then towards the end when i realised i was getting stressed, i would just turn the Xbox off or id play another game and then i thought to myself, i know im not a bad player at this game, but the antics in the game makes me not want to play it. Not to mention, buying players you want to play with is risky. You could buy a player at 300k one week to try it out, and then next thing you know, you've lost out because the market has crashed.
Packs worth more than the game it's self. In previous FIFA's, it would be rare to see certain icons in people's teams or more than one icon. Now with the amount of SBC's that give us access to many icons, although its nice to be able ti craft them over time, it has ruined the wow factor of having players like that in your team. The amount of Eusebio's i would see in a rivals game was like seeing any old card.
Im not a content creator but, ive played the game and Fifa long enough to see the problems that other people are also not happy with.
I remember a couple fifa's ago, i packed toty Jorginho anf he stayed in my team for the rest of the game, i guarantee, with the players we have access to now, if i had continued to play this game, he wouldn't of been in my team very long.
I miss previous FIFA's like 14, probably one of my favourite games. When Bronze and Silver players had a value other than for SBCs. Who remembers Memphis Depays silver card , and you could actually use it in game.

My favourite game mode was probably the World cup Ultimate team where if you won tbe tournament, you would get price money and use it to go towards your regular Ultimate team. First time i was ever able to play with Ronaldo, can't even lie my team was waveyyy still 🤣

It's the first year I've not even enjoyed career mode. Gameplay is so bad, even offline modes feel unresponsive and sluggish, like if servers were bad. On top of that, it gets exponentially worse on online modes.

Finally someone talks about those tackles from behind...I make a perfectly timed tackle in front of the ball holder and nothing happens then my opponent it's coming from behind with Pele or any other striker and takes the ball from me 😂...
The offline gameplay is also a catastrophe tbh. Played 5 games in career mode because i was sick of UT, but it did not make anything better
