Like a double sink. Wish the primary was bigger. Love pocket doors. Nice closets. Like the bathroom. I'd do a bedroom and bath upstairs. With a little sitting area. And storage. Basement I'd do a familyroom 1/2 bath and an office

I currently live in a 2 story home on a basement and I find the older I get the more I don’t like those dam stairs. We went from a single 2 bedroom home to a 2nd story because of the gender of our children, couldn’t go back on our lot cuz we live on a postage stamp so we had to go up, but no thanks to the upstairs

Nice home. I would want the hot water heater in a cabinet out of sight or in the basement with the furnace. Fourth bedroom for an office
I would do a third bedroom upstairs and a bath. The rest would be an open sewing studio.
