Love this floor plan a lot. Bedrooms are a nice size. I'd change kitchen cabinet color for sure. Wish there was a pantry. I would change the utility room by moving the sink under the window and have an L shaped counter for folding clothes and cabinets between the dryer and sink. Then I'd get rid of all of the other counters and cabinets and have space for an upright freezer and a good sized pantry and broom closet. One other thing I'd do is add a jetted tub with thermostat in the master bath and add a wand by the bench in the shower. If I'm spending that much I might as well go all out. lol
That was one of the better homes you’ve shown us, Chance!!! We loved the exterior look of that modular home, and we liked the foyer with the closet by the front door. The floor plan was great, and we appreciated it because it’s a bit less open from the living room to the kitchen. We loved the cabinets and countertops and I wouldn’t want anything updated because we like the wood cabinets and granite countertops rather than the unpractical white cabinets and the quartz. Great bedroom sizes and closet spaces, and would only change the wire racks to wood. Thanks for listening to our comments and showing something that felt like a real family home. You nailed it! 😊
Great home Chance. Not too big and not too small. This is one of the best floor plans that you’ve shown in a long time. The separation of the living room and kitchen gets a big thumbs up! 👍🏼 I really like the siding color and the interior wall color. Everything isn’t all white. The countertops and flooring go very well together. They don’t look cheaply made. I like the six pane windows throughout, and the large windows on each side of the sliding doors, plus the fact that every room has a window. The fact that the laundry room can double as an office, is a plus. I could go on and on, but I won’t. :-) Great tour, one of the best!
This is a beautiful house, Chance. I really like it, and agree with the comments about the laundry room. The countertop is amazing for folding clothes, and you can have a place to hang clothes as well. Great use of square footage, in my opinion. The peninsula in the kitchen is great.
Love the covered entry, Love the linen and coat closets, Love the space in the laundry room for a freezer, only wish it had a Pantry. 😊 I like that the master is off of the living room and not the kitchen, and I love that the master has a tub and a shower. ❤

I really like the home! The way the kitchen isn’t seen right away! The master bedroom not being seen from the living room! I guess you could say I like the floor plan 😅! Of course I would have to change the wire racks in all closets, and lighten up the kitchen cabinets. Outside of that I love it.
I was just walking around the house with this video playing in the background and when you got to the kitchen, I said, "Oh... Wow!" Hubby ran to see what had my attention. 😂😂 I liked this house, after I restarted it.
Wonderful starter home for young people and also ageing in place seniors. A young family can get into home ownership and Grandma can stay in her final home. Good job, helping American with housing security. The most important aspect of building or keeping wealth. Thank you for helping young American families get a good start.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite part is the master bathroom with the stand-alone tub and the master closet with the bench.❤❤❤❤❤

What’s the bump out in master bath? Hate brown, greens, but that is me. Floor plans a bit off. Don’t want/need two dinning areas but that’s because I am one old woman. It don’t have any of that. Not for me but it’s not bad.

Wassup Chance?! All this home needs is a walkin pantry and have brick or stone around the fireplace instead of the boring dry wall, makes it look nice, & the size is perfect.
I love the double farmer;s sink in the kitchen. And, heat rises, so I appreciate seeing the vents were near the floor not the ceiling. I like the french windows.
That floor covering is beautiful. I don't remember if you called it LVP or not, but it looks like real hardwood! I would want that throughout the house----no carpet. I like that kitchen; like the layout all the way through. I do not like that "fireplace"; I just don't understand electric fireplace; I keep thinking "if the power goes off, there is no heat, so why have it?" To each his own! I'd rather have a real wood-burning fireplace. Great tour, Chance, as always. God bless you and your family.

I’m old too! (75) I thought is was pretty and well laid out. At least it wasn’t all gray! I’m absolutely over everything being gray and white.

I love them too. I found out the USDA gives loans for new manufactured homes, no money down. Rural areas are your best bet getting a loan with them.
