No they can't do that... Depending on what he or she said you apply 2 after 48 hours of cosmelan one.. Twice a day if your skin is sensitive reduce to one or skip a day or 2 listen to your skin.... Avoid the sun I'm starting my treatment next weekend... I know it will work..
