The terms 'Palestine' and 'Palestinian' have disappeared from ALL media, even in Britain. It is clear that this 'guidance' is not isolated. Even the BBC clearly has similar rules.

No it won't. These state propaganda organs like the NY Times and Washington Post are subsidized to stay nominally in business in order to keep the suffocating blanket of lies firmly in place. Also, these guidelines are so Orwellian it isn't even funny. A directive this transparently corrupt and manipulative would have been par at Soviet-era Pravda. The US is a police state.
As with most propaganda screeds the NYTs has deep pocket sponsors and can afford to run at a loss. That's why free market principles are inoperable with billionaires around. All the same I agree, a NYTs boycott is a good idea even if just to humiliate them. They have been lying about war to the American people for far too long.

Here is the craziest part of the whole report. Even in an article where they are outing the media bias, they say themselves "since the START of the conflict in October." They should have just said "since October." Because saying it started in October is just as bad as any other narrative out there.

Up to 20 / 30 years ago I always referred to that part of land as Palestine and hardly Israel. It is now shocking that main stream media is now trying to even wipe out even the name of Palestine and Palestinian. We are still alive and remember and we will make sure our children won’t forget either.
Palestine was a Britis mandate area which ceased to exist on may 15 1948 when the British ended their mandate. Countries often change names after independence from the former colonial power. Congo became Zaire, then switchen back. Birma became Myanmar. Rhodesia became Zimbabwe and so on
I have been a long-time subscriber of the NYT. I recently canceled my subscription because I was noticing a strong bias in their coverage of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This leaked memo only confirms, in rather dramatic terms, my decision. It is so very sad to see such a great paper bought low for the purpose of picking up the Israeli narrative.
As a Dutchman i say it is The New Amsterdam Times when it comes to zionism.

In Canada about 20 years ago a bunch of jews bought several news paper chains. They then proceeded to fired all editors that had a left leaning opinion. At that time I quit buying and reading all ap papers. If I do read an article I am very critical of how they describe and the words they use to slant the coverage and influence your opinion. We all need to be aware of how they try to make you think like they want you to think.
