I am trying calorie deficit high protin diet and 5 days per weak gym still i am unable to loss belly and chest fat. What's the problem i can't understand. Can some one give any tips
You need to gain more muscle. Body fat percentage goals are achieved when muscle mass and fat loss meet. Your bench press looks front delt & tricep dominant. Focus more on bringing your elbows together than just pushing up.

Slowly but surely becoming more open and giving less about other people's opinion by sheer exposure. (like showing your stuff to like minded people) At the end of the day you do your hobbies for yourself not for others. so who care's what they think right? I randomly got this video in my recommended called 'getting a personality is easy, actually' check it out it really narrows it down. It sounds silly but it made stuff clearer for me lol.
