Bulbs are such a joy the way they pop up for a short time to highlight to you where you are in the gardening year; my crocus and daffodils are all done and now we are onto tulips, after that will follow alliums 💚
Hi liked your video 🙂 I'm in Dublin Ireland when would you suggest in planting my crocuses 🙂 My frist time planting 🙈 and a newbie to gardening. Thanks 🙂
Hi Elaine, for Dublin early autumn is best for planting spring flowering crocus; the earliest would be from around that September to the latest December. The best time late September or October if the weather has turned colder, if summers warm temperatures stay late I would hold off until late October early November (but buy them now so you don’t miss out and store them as suggested on the packet).
Crocus are such a lovely addition to the garden space. Planted mine early winter and now they’re popping out. 🌿
