    LOVE duck-our facorite- confit we do it for 4 hours falling off the bone- YUM!!!! Crisp skin underbroiler before serving! Love Chef Jacques! His daughter seems really nice :) Kimberly

    I like how he show how to confit with just the fat from the duck youre cooking, other cooking shows show by using a tub of external duck fat. you can never get that naturally.
