I found this out when playing Dishonored 2: Death of the Outsider and thought it was interesting to make a video for it!

I've played through this whole franchise like 10 times and now, years later, I'm watching a video of something new to me about it.
These games were legendary. It's a massive shame that the devs went to shit thanks to imbecile "idea guy" managers.

@@Grayson-tk5hnThey made it a separate game because they didn’t want people to need to get Dishonored 2 for the DLC. It even has the same menus as Dishonored 2.

The Arkane that made these amazing games has long since died. Their shutting down was just reality catching up to the fact that the real talent had either moved on or been pushed to the edges a long time ago.

It’s cool how much detail dishonored has also its awesome they have smoke bombs in dishonored DOTO makes me wish dishonored 2 also hade smoke bombs
Are you talking about the hyperbaric grenade? It's a non-lethal weapon used to knock enemies unconscious. If Billy Lurk is hit by the grenade, you get knockdown instead.
@@RickySama240 oh no I meant the smoke bomb thing you use I think in the game last I remembered when you throw it at enemies they get stunned and you get time to escape
@@lppstudios3006 I know dont what you mean. Can you put a timestamp on when i did that? The hyperbaric grenade is the one i used to throw at enemies to knock them unconscious.

Interesting video. I love that you probably had to load many times to get all the angles and set the scene haha, like when he runs to make an announcement and you meet him (worth it)
Makes me think one could make a movie showing all the scenes in dishonored games
Yeah if you've noticed, the Oracular Sisters that are normally patrolling the area are missing. I had to get rid of them in order to ensure i don't get caught while recording the scenes. 😅

Isn't it even possible to take Cardoza's face and receive the archive this way? I remember there were a lot of moments in the game where you could use faces to get completely different cutscenes (that would also allow you to stay transformed for the whole duration).
@@Modie yes that is a possible way to obtain the archive and walk away safely non-lethal.

Arkane Austin is gone, but it was Arkane Lyon who made Dishonored, so we still have a chance to dishonored 3 happen

@@big_2361 I don't think that's true, plenty to work with in the universe. A lot of areas and people of interest. Just would have to be careful about writing it as now the outsider isn't a part of it or do the easier / cheaper thing and play as a marked person from before the outsiders death.
Could have magic be much more prevalent too depending on your view on the outsiders death and how it causes the void to effect the world as a whole.

they should've just remastered the first game using the second games engine when they had the chance
Dishonored was made by Arkane Lyon in France, they’re still alive so it’s still possible

Does the mission fail if Cardoza destroys the graph? Does he put it in the furnace in the basement per chance? Or does he just carry it around until you take it?
