    I use to struggle with anger from Trauma Judaism has taught me to Always to do better and work on myself and to love Hasshem above all else . I love this lecture Toda Rabbi ♥

    absolutely fantastic, I have struggled more and more with trauma and anger the more people tell me I need to vent more and more...it's the wrong way! This is so simple and makes such sense, thank you!

    Getting angry also makes one feel physical pain.
    It's bad for your health and it's a form of stress.
