A lot of us go used because we can get so much more for the same amount of money. Plus with used, there are no mechanical parts other than fans, so nothing to really 'wear out' with use. It's not like buying a used car where things will always break down eventually. Often, computer parts will last way beyond their usefulness. Like my computer from 1994 that I just got rid of. Not because it doesn't work, but because modern programs are too much for it.

@@benip3751 Sometimes yes but not all the time. Running in OC mode with Diablo II Resurrected causes Heat issues but the Game is poorly Optimized, it even overheats my New 3060ti (Diablo II R). I Put New Paste on them but also when I got them New I added Thermal pads between the Back Plate & the Top of the Card above the Memory Modules to help, I do that on any Card with a Back Plate usually.
@@dhgodzilla1 omg no way, do you know what I upgraded to? Also a 3060ti :D kings of value
I had the same type of graphics card but I couldn't get it work properly. My games kept crashing with the Rx580. I had a Rx560 model as well and since it ran better without game crashes I sold the Rx580 for double what I paid.
Lmaooo he sent the book of Mormon... Oh man...
i have the same exact model free from a friend thats artifacting, anyone know how to fix? im thinking the vram is dead in it because i heat treated it and it fixed it a little but still artifacts, and drivers dont install correctly
I did the same with a titan z but i wasnt as fortunate. The card has 1 of the 2 bioses on the card as a tesla k20xm. So i cannot flash it even with a modded version of nvflash. After trying multiple times to flash it i gave up.
But why did the seller have problems with it? Seems like you didn't have to do anything for it to work
I used to live in Utah, and don't have anything bad to say about mormons BUT they are ruthless with trying to spread their "good" word haha
so you got two things, one is a useless paperweight that's not even good as scrap, and the other is an RX 580. nice
Hey man don’t talk about his rolling papers like that
Hello Matt long time no see 🙈🙈🙈
What’s the app you use that displays FPS and cpu/gpu temps anyone know I’ve been looking for this specific one for ever
Msi afterburner
I was getting 2-3 second black screen while gaming several times in this week ...and today the display completely gone...no signal 🙂 how to fix this problem please help me 😭
Hey matt would you be interested in a rx580 4gb for a video it's the Radeon single fan card of it I'm not sure if it still work's cause the conputer I have now is a dell Optiplex with a 300w psu and I have a gtx 1650 in it. 4gb gddr6 so don't wanna spend the extra money for a psu to test it.
But now rx 580 8g in my country only 40$
I need help fixing my rx 580 as well.
I just got a used Dell 2060 super and when I run the benchmark the screen goes black and the rig stays on.
I tried new pads and paste.
Different PSU.
The GPU in a different rig.
Latest driver.
And DP and HDMI cable.
Not sure what else to try or do can anyone help me out here 🙏🏼.
Is there any fitting parts for GTX 1050Ti out there? I need to get new fan system for mine.
There should be spare fans for your 1050ti if you are lucky, just search for your specific graphics card name (like "ASUS Phoenix 1050ti") + fan
@@mcslender2965
Hopefully can find on Finnish sites.
Better to have used mined cards in computers rather than being thrown in the trash.
When I mined briefly you underclocked the gpu and overclocked the ram. So memory gets pushed the hardest.
It depends on the miner. This miner ckearly was conservative about the card so he coukd sell it. While in Europe (Latvia) miners run tbe cards heavily overckocked on the core and memory to the point the cards are dying and then try to scam people by selling the cards as "working and in good condition" got scammed so i know and realised it since it had happened to alot of people
The Mormon book lolollllll
Please, don't abuse those damned cuetips to clean, rather use a soft brush and a jet of air, those things are fucking polluting, use them only in the most delicate parts.
i have same card all checks out same as that one but it wont let me use amd adrenaline however i can use the driver win 10 finds but i have to run an ati/amd patch fix why is that? anyone know?
What game at 9:53?
I almost always purchase used mining cards.. it's a great deal
except the fact that they will not perform the best.
@@terx4805 As long as it's not thermal throttling then it will perform like brand new
@@terx4805 Lots of miners know how to take care of their cards believe it or not. Got a perfectly fine 3070 ti for 450
@@korruption2802 thats now what I mean, mining cards end up performing worse for gaming than it would have been if it was never mined on
@@HoloScope thats now what I mean, mining cards end up performing worse for gaming than it would have been if it was never mined on
Nice performance
The sellers home is disgustingly filthy.
i made a i3 10100f, 16 gb ddr4 2400, rx 6700 system for only 500 dollars, youre tripping buying used
imagine what you can get for that used... For that price, i'd build something with double the performance with used parts
@@codykamminga9667 do it....i dare you.....youre dutch?
@@michielroskam3877 I am yes
I spent 400 USD used. I7 8700k and RTX 2070 Super
I mean, you do you bud. If you're satisfied with that performance, then that's great! As for me, I spent $500 and got a Ryzen 7 3700x, 32gb of ddr4 running at 4133 and an RX 6650 XT.
Lol Jesus mining holy crypto ... who would've thought. Nice find though
I have a question is the rx580 better than a gt1050ti?
Yes it’s better especially if u give it n oc
@@Da.Diddler ok thx
10/10 background lmao
u could of run 2 of your games that were 1080p low probably on high w 300 fps too
65$ broken 580 ? i got my 580 for 50$ and it was working and also the guy let me test it before buying it lol
anyways... does anyone know a good place to sell gpu? imma sell my 1650 super (only 10 months old and ive upgraded mine to 3060) and idk where to sell it. Facebook market? ebay?
sell to me... ill give you 115$ us
Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, and Jawa
I sold a RX5700 and RX 570 on Facebook back in Nov, that was right in mining boom time, tough sell now IMO depending on what you're asking for it, everything is down now even new!
Send me a shipping label and I'll send you my RX 480 8GB that failed to take the last Bios flash
Turns out there was nothing wrong with it. You cheated!
😁
Nice Matt
that seller's place was sketch
stamps...and the book of Mormon...wow
