If you’re gonna be a minuteman you better get all your gear laid out and ready to go in a minute. Boots, clothes, gear, vest, bags, food, coms, and out the door. Even if you store it in a tote or a large cooler so it’s all there to grab and go. Think now of what to take and don’t be scrambling through all your stuff later. If you’re good to go consider a second setup for a buddy or a family member. Stay frosty 🇺🇸
That's where mine is, have chest rig hanging in closet also.
Good advice!
Each situation calls for specilific rigs. Youndont want to humps a full 70lb pack and you main, and side and ammo for a small local situation.
Sometimes less os more .
@@NoreasternBladezthat's what they said in black hawk down.
For major of people trying even UA-camr out her influencing NON can get it in gear under a minute with the sheer amount of crap they want to put on , boots, gloves, radio, plate carrier, battle belt, helmet, night vision just in case, first aid, etc.
It's like at 10 mins most because they have to bring it our of containers and put it on etc.
Breaking bad. Gun, underwear, shit ,handgun is 10 seconds
Farmer is the real minute man, overalls , cowboy boots, hat, shotgun, jacket. I've tried it, it's the only good build. Everything else just takes way too long.
Miliarty boots alone take a full minute to put on with those dam laces
Every product I’ve ever purchased from BSS has always been great quality & very durable. Can’t go wrong with his gear. Join BSS & speak with like minded people. No woke nonsense. SFSSSD.
🙏🙏
Agreed.
Same. 👊🏼

Have you tried out the PSA Dagger yet? It's their version of the Glock 19.
Facts
I suggest for beginners: Handgun that is concealable as you don’t want to be the first casualty. If your state allows CCW . Purchase 2 good quality holsters. One for open carry and one for concealed. The open carry holster goes with your rig or gear. The minute man stuff.
Make sure you carry at least two spare magazines. This allows for a worn, damaged, jammed, or otherwise non functioning magazine to be replaced with a functional one, and still have a reload.
Keep an eye on battery condition in your flashlight. When you need it most you want to be sure it doesn’t die on you.
There is a plethora of different gear available for you. Choose what you can afford that works for you. Everyone has different skill sets and different strengths and weaknesses. Select your gear to take care of YOUR needs and compliment your skills. Get training if and when you can. If just starting out, a basic pistol and CCW class will help give you the basics of how to shoot straight.
Folding knives and a leather man type of multi tool are good options. Remember that they will need to be sharpened. Most people don’t keep a sharpening tool in their kit. I will stop now as this is to help out the beginners. Already getting too long.
As a person who openly carries a Glock 17 ( and 43X concealed BUG) 99% of the time and has OCed for decades; this is an excellent post. Thank you.
Safari land offers the QLS Fork so you can swap from CCW to Rig ride. Same holster.
Remember when we watched videos like this for fun rather than cautionary training? Miss those days.
dont be Ukraine and Israel when the time comes..
Really like this video as a new gun owner (just purchased a CZ P10 C)I’ve done a lot of research on weapons but not necessarily all the accessories which is helpful. Here’s hoping you make a whole series of videos dedicated to the smaller details and all the accessories that go with it.
Reccomend Hickok 45
cap 10 c is great gun. add a red dot, light and train you don't need more then that
❤❤and I love the fact your going with minimal duty items, in my opinion most of the "instructional" videos are for operators NOT folks just trying to get by. Nothing wrong with operator type setups but for the common every day person its a bit much. thank you Jack.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great products, always nice to have quality MADE IN THE USA items (mostly). Thank you for all the options you provide.
You bet!
I use my BSS light almost every day at work. So bright it defeats light that is facing you. I live in Interior Alaska and it’s a must have for light plus the bash bezel. Not a paid schill.
Also very comprehensive med kit- always have it out when I’m training or competing.
Get these tools and GET TRAINED to use them. I’m no special operator but thanks to people like ‘Jack’ the gate keeper’s are losing the knowledge hoarding game.
@@1strangealaskanaloha417 you get any reds this year?
@@1strangealaskanaloha417 no moose this year but just finished up with the firewood for the winter. Just in time…getting dark pretty early but have seen the lights a couple times. I love Alaska!
❤Lots of love and prayers to and for all of you.
This is the most legit useful list of 1st line gear I've ever seen promoted. With some IIA or IIIA panels nearby, you're set.
(Put a bump cap, eye pro, gloves and a few bottles of water with that armor )
That belt looks awesome, love how it works.
I think so too!
Get yourselves a BSSV5 flashlight from Thrunite! Having a gun light is great but you don't always want to be pointing a gun at what you haven't identified yet! Think about having to identify friendlies or neutral parties without sticking a gun in their face. Stay frosty everyone!
MODLITE
Thank you for all the advice and suggestions. Your right, the time to get ready is now.
I like kydex. Durable, light , and you can mold whatever extra you need. You can mold mags, firesteel, knuckledusters etc right in.
See a lot of trex arms products in here too. Love it. American companies supporting American companies!!
The first thing you want for home defense is a long gun of some type. If you have had professional law enforcement training you would know that a handgun is used to fight your way to your long gun. A handgun is a compromise, long gun is your primary weapon and your handgun is your secondary weapon
Ricky from IBM
FYI - 10 years of training with a large SWAT team members
Test all your gear. Just learned yesterday that one type of ammo i had great accuracy results prior now doesn't cycle in my primary. Also had a new front sight on Glock pistol yeet off despite loctite, possibly sheared the mount screw.
best advice i have heard for miniteman prep ----- GET A PISTOL
awesome... one quesion if you belt buckle is offset to the left for REASONS like scratched paint... how does that quick release benefit ???
For the algorithm.
Staying frosty, strapped, and dangerous.
Do to unfortunate circumstances my EDC is a full size Colt 45 and a couple of extra mags, so untill my situation improves it's better than nothing at at all.
I run a Ruger Lightweight Commander in a Bianchi shoulder holster: leather of course. It's really the most comfortable ways to carry a large pistol such as a 1911.
Stay Strong/Safe 🙏🏼💪🏽💯!!! The Truth Will set you Free!!! Be Blessed and a Blessing! "We The People By The People For The People" United We Stand Divided We Fall...🛐 Eyes Wide Open NOT Eyes Wide Shut. UA-cam Stop Deleting my Comments...
EDC is crucial. It’s always good to have options and different levels of gear setups. 🙏🇺🇸🙏
Those little things like the trick compartments for hand cuff keys, lock picks and cash are why I bought this belt. I have many belts and they are all basically the same but those compartments reinforce the attitude I want to have when the SHTF.
Glad to see you warm up to the idea of the Militia
A light and night sights are imperative.
Great video Jack, thank you for the breakdown.
The LV looks good, I like it👍🏾
- No notification and I make sure my bell is on. Smh!
I appreciate it!
Appreciate you taking the time to explain the differences. Have a good night.
Appreciate the knowledge as always & picked up a Pistolero belt a couple weeks back & it works great, thanks again 🤙
Great to hear!
Good video to keep people thinking and refining their systems.
Great information Jack thank you for all your hard work and content
I bought the Flashlight. Very Good Flashlight❤🇺🇸
The belt is great quality. I didn't know that about the buckle. Good to know!
I think it's pretty cool that everything that you recommend a minute man to have you sell
I can hike 30 clicks carrying 80 pound ruck, 30 pounds of Ammo and extra mags, first aid kit and rations, including H20. Also I can carry plate carrier and 8mags. Of course I’m 6’6” and 275 pounds. Stay with me and you will survive.
i'M A LONG TIME BACKPACKER AND OFTEN i'LL CARRY MY PISTOL (1911) WITHOUT A HOLSTER AND JUST USE THE LANYARD - EASY TO CONCEAL NO EXTRA WEIGHT AND FAST DRAW WITH BEHIND THE BACK IN BELT CARRY
Great show. A show newbies like me need to watch. Thanks Jack.
Yeszir!!!!
The current day cabbage patch rig. Wherever i go.... he goes. My riggy....my riggy..... e.d.c. riggy and meeeeeee!😂
I NEED THAT WATCH! GREAT VIDEOS ALL THE TIME .THANKS FOR GREAT INFO!!!
Great stuff! Belt problem for me is none of my pants have big enough loops. All are 1.5 inch at best...
I know "camouflage" is a wide topic, but would you give up some of your preferred practices for simple camo. Nothing elaborate as ghillie suits, but painting guns and such. Thanks brother, FSD!
@theemeraldfox7779 And I have plenty of my own tricks, just wondered if BSS had any unique ideas. I was putting a comment up for the algorithm mainly, and wanted to say something interesting. Emerald Fox, like an Irish Francis Marion?
Thanks Jack! Just ordered your flashlight. Great price for such a good quality flashlight
I like the idea of compartments in the belts verry practical
I live in Australia none of that stuff here
Folks always overlook the belt!
My pistol is only for facilitating my ability to get to my AR. It is not meant as a primary fighting weapon.
Outstanding, Brother! Excellent review of your superior firm's necessary EDC preparedness product line. Links for each one would be good in the description box. Being ready has never been more important. We are definitely living perilous times of the last days, Amen. In my youth as a Boy Scout during the 1950's, those extremely important lessons I learned have served me quite well over these many years. It is a shame that they were perverted by God-hating homosexuals.
Something we ALL need to talk about is modern guerrilla warfare, we are getting really close to living under a tyrannical government and alot of people need to understand that guerrilla warfare is the use of cheap disposable equipment that you won't fall in love with.
#1: buy cheap, yet reliable, firearms that are in common use/has interchangeable parts & common calibers. We don't have the logistics network to rely on resupply but rather scavenging from fallen enemies & friendlies. (ex., PSA's AR-15 in 5.56 to use 5.56 &.223, along with 9mm PSA Dagger which is a good Glock 17/19 clone... Can get both for $700-$800ish total)
#2 if you can, set up small hidden caches for resupply. (Some ammo, some medical basics, some batteries, some nonperishable food, some water/iodine resupply, etc.)
#3 plan multiple rally points with close family/friends that you trust in case of being separated. Teach and practice land navigation and SERE principles with them for those scenarios, etc.
#4 buy copies of the "US Army Ranger Handbook" for each member of your "close family/friend" squad to go with the bug-out/day pack, and learn and drill the squad movement and tactics shown in it.
#5 get you and your loved ones in the best shape possible. Focus on endurance and training for what you'll be carrying when things pop off. Can't neglect the run portion of "hit and run."
When I was a police officer, I would duct tape a handcuff key inside my leather pants belt at the center of the back in case I was ever taken hostage, had my duty belt taken from me, and handcuffed with my hands behind my back. That never happened, but I tried to think of everything that could conceivably go wrong.
Thanks
Stay frosty stay strapped stay dangerous
THANKS JACK
Thanks for the information and God bless you Jack.
Excellent video brother. Thanks for everything that you are doing for the community.
I need to order that flashlight 5:05
Lol back in the day my dad put a smith key in the back of his belt that was in the. 80s lmao.
Nice base breakdown 👍
I am 63 now, 15years ago I would have agreed with you! Now I am in a wheelchair and 40 lbs over weigh! My whole plan now is just get on my belly and shoot!
Thanks, Jack.
Thank you Jack
I really like that belt.
Awesome tac gear, pity we can’t have alot of that stuff here 😢😢🇦🇺
Thanks Jack.
Good stuff Manayord!
Excellent insight episode,thank you.
Thanks Jack ❣️
Thank you for this info
This is my rifle, and this is my gun!
Thanks Jack!
I see you do TREX. I do some of that to. How about a level 2 or level 3 "prepared citizens" vid? I'm past all of this. How far do I go? Pc check. Kitted belt check. Ammo mags Ifak plates rifles pistols hydration check. How far? NV? Multiple load outs?
Going up the ladder. All of it
@BlackScoutSurvival awesome can't wait. Thank you so much
@BlackScoutSurvival been really interested on your take on this topic
$500-$700 wallet? Whoa 👍
Guns and ammo for the win
Hey man if thats copper on your wrist then you might want to know life energy goes into left side so it works best on left wrist...thanks for all you do
It’s 18k Gold
I like these kind of vids and where you keep us up to date on the war of wars, which I think this may become
Love the med kit and other purchases... BSS Gear is top shelf. I've ordered several items.
Wish the red lense filter still allowed the strike bezel to mount. Otherwise awesome flashlight! Thanks BSS
Love these videos , your gear is always the best. Has always vibed with me! Nice BSS 5 😉. Sagewood make that sheath?
Jack, would you please say again (much more clearer) that slim line holster (3:00 stamp); completely unable to make out what the maker is? I did replay that slice 5 times; still can't comprehend what you're saying. Thanks!
Incognito concealment
Haha, I played that back about that many times too and still couldn't figure out what he said. I used the YT closed captions and it said "Incognitive", close enough to figure out. Thanks!
I need one of those belts.
Dude yes - these Modern Minute Man videos are extremely helpful. F#%&*n love it 🔥
Well, I Got You Military Guys To Help Me To Get To Safety And Protection And Defense During World War 3 And After World War 3. I Don't Have To Worry About Carrying A Gun As A Mentally Ill Person. All I Will Have Is Knives, Bows And Arrows And Crossbows And Pullets And Crossbow Pistols And Bolts. That's The Only Things I Will Have Instead Of Guns And Bullets. I Love Military Veterans Young And Old. Especially, Old Veterans That Have Experience And Know What They Are Doing. I'm A Old Marine Corps ROTC High School Student With Military Knowledge.
You got nice stuff jack!
Good starter guide for sure.
Excellent video as always, brother! God bless!
Never stab anything with a folding knife, slash only, you could loose all your fingers!
I highly recommend that flashlight. I have the BSS4. We aren't allowed any weapons at work, but I can flash and smash.
I am interested in the med kits for my wife and daughters.
Thanks Jack. Good stuff as always
Great video Jack point thank you I think I’m gonna pick up one of those belts. God bless.

Another great video getting right to the point Jack 👍
Finally! No politics 👍
Отличные пистолеты и ремни системы кобра и тактические отпечатки.
All the thumbs are on “696” on all my UA-cam channels Strangely. Thanks Jack
St Joseph Missouri is THE WILD WILD WEST PASS THREW WITH CAUTION WE DONT PLAY.
It would be good to see more of a covert belt buckle that just looks like Joe Smo
This video is a commerical for him. I guess whatever works lol
Black scout films are 🗝🔑🔑🔑🗝🗝 thanks Gg
💪💪Simon Riley
The LV holster, a Cartier Love bracelet. Jack you gonna change this into luxury survival channel? 🤪 Nice forever never lost wedding band 😆
Glad you are enjoying your life man.
Where do I find all your goodies? I’ve been on your site but don’t think I’ve saw all of these.
Without scrolling through every question and comment, do you keep a Go bag with you at all times? Something that holds a main battle belt, f/s pistol etc. if so, what do you use
